SAGEER MOHAMMED GETS 20 YEARS FOR MURDER AND MANSLAUGHTER HE DID NOT COMMIT !!! #INNOCENT

The Issue

In Feb 2021 Mohammed Sageer was convicted to a life sentence to serve a minimum of 20 years for murder and manslaughter he did not commit. Sageer was found guilty of murder of a gang member and manslaughter of his close friend Waseem Ramzan.
Sageer’s 90 second involvement in a brawl which led to the death of a gang member and his close friend in self defence could not of been imagined or pre-planned for Sageer to pre-meditate a murder.

Sageer was found guilty Under the joint enterprise law a lot of people have been affected by joint enterprise law which has been misused resulting in thousands of injustices and still are failing to release anyone affected and are abusing the law. However  as a result in Joint enterprise doctrine in criminal law, Sageer has been punished for actions of another.

Sageer received a 9 second call from Waseem Ramzan asking for help no conversation was made for a Sageer to know what was happening, when Sageer reached outside his friends house he saw his friend Waseem Ramzan struggling on the floor with one of the gang members. Sageer could not of possibly have had the opportunity to have engaged his mind to the extent that there was some sort of plan to hold somebody down to cause serious harm let alone cause death of 2 people. There is no way Sageer could of known or imagined Saghawat Ramzan was going to dis-charge a bolt which ended up killing his good friend Waseem Ramzan and causing another death of the gang member in self defence. Sageer was seen on CCTV throwing the second crossbow out of harm’s way during the struggle, this was a short frantic and chaotic scene and is not one that Sageer participated in intending to kill or really hurt someone. Sageer alongside with Omar had even managed to lift Waseem Ramzan whilst injured put him in the car to get him medical attention at the hospital not thinking about any consequences they would face, and in return Sageer got charged with manslaughter for his close friend and Omar for manslaughter for his uncle this is 1 of the biggest injustices we have witnessed.

The pathology report shows Sageer and Omar’s actions did not even cause serious harm let alone the death of a gang member which can be seen on CCTV the death was caused by a crossbow bolt which neither did Sageer or Omar ever handle or use and certainly had no knowledge that it was going to be used in self defence. 2 men tragically died leaving 2 families to suffer the pain but due to the unjust law Sageer and Omar have to suffer for a crime they did not commit. 19 men from the gang have been charged with offences including aggravated (armed) burglary relating to this incident .

Sageer is a 33 year old family working man with 2 beautiful daughters aged just 4 who are hoping justice will be served and there daddy will be home soon. It is heart breaking knowing Sageer will serve a sentence he did not commit and he will lose out on the most precious time of his daughters growing up and they will be without there daddy for a very long time. Sageer had no knowledge of any drugs and is not part of any gang the police has fed this line to the media and as normal citizens we read and believe what is written in the papers and the jury will believe what they read so this has caused an negative impact on the jury’s decision which has led to Omar Ramzan receiving the same conviction as Sageer who is innocent.

Please help sign and share and also raise awareness for this big injustice served by the corrupt system. Help People like Sageer and Omar who’s lives have been taken away. Lets get together and make change #INNOCENT

There have been many concerns amongst politicians, academics, and those alike about the motivations behind the Joint Enterprise law. In fact, the law is very controversial. JENGbA (Joint Enterprise – Not Guilty by Association) stated that the Joint Enterprise law is inherently unethical. The law has resulted in many people being convicted of serious crimes, such as murder, that they did not, and never intended to commit. However, the law is suspected to be racially motivated. This is due to the unequal representation of conviction rates amongst those from ethnic minority backgrounds. The Joint Enterprise law is unjust, unfair, discriminatory, and has taken too many innocent lives.

Please help raise awareness for these two men. Their life has been stolen by a corrupt system.
