TB. vs COVID.. the CDC and Federal Law.. Mandated Reporters, Administrative duties, Non-compliant parents.. etc.. etc..

I have been saying that we need to compare coronavirus and the response in control of it to tuberculosis…
We have a legal standing here.. an individual and collective legal standing here- to sue anybody who tries to force us to work in an unsafe work environment..
The fact that legislatures nationwide and the Senate is/are seeking to draft bills that wave businesses liability regarding workers and COVID-19 should tell everybody who’s thinking about this that I am right.
THE CDC- GUIDELINES.. And LAWS for TB.
And the CDC has tons of information federal guidelines and laws that state responsibilities of administrators, that state who are ‘mandated reporters’, do with, “non-compliant parents“… All of these things are in the laws and guidelines regarding tuberculosis and they need to be at least the same regarding coronavirus to garauntee Our safety..
So please! Look at the PDF files... read them and think about this in relation to coronavirus..
And think about the safety switch you go to school knowing that you had your negative TB test and everybody else has…
And think about the legal implications of this for the school district…
For society at large…
For parents…
And know that this is the key to our defense to keeping ourselves safe and helping society stay safe…
Because our society our government our businesses and president are definitely not keeping us safe at this point.. we are..
And our union is..
Because we are among the lucky few.. to have an active union!
