He wants us to forget about the virus. He said it would disappear magically about five months ago… He said it would disappear with the summertime about three weeks later… How’s it? Then he said that people who wore masks were doing so just because they didn’t like him and they wanted to offend him… Was that the reason?
Now he’s saying that more people will die if we don’t go back to school? Really?

How many people died and co reacted the virus sitting at home in March? Less than 20,000. In April.. less than 40,000?

What was Trumps positive rating I when he was pretending to do the right thing around ‘March 30th? Before he started dissing Fauci, supporting Neonazis protesting mask mandates and stay at home orders in Michigan?
Trumps numbers were ok.. he might have been the favorite to be re-elected.. but no.. he went the other way..

Trumps entire response to this… is as horrendous as his lack of preparation for it: His lack of preparation for it… Is a dereliction of duty . Dating back to disassembling the pandemic team last year… Out of spite and out of agreed… Has been horrible, has been vindictive, it has been self interested…
Trump is a man who is still renting his hotels to the government for profit… He wasn’t one of the person who was donating his private space to set up hospitals around the country like other millionaire‘s were.
And his numbers tanked. Now, he wants to get back into the re-election race by posting a picture of himself in a mask, starting the Corina virus briefings again- after 2 plus months of ignoring the subject...and telling us we have to back to school or die!
no thank you! The sad fact is that other nations have learned how to control their numbers and we have not…

My son and I have learnt how to sail in the last four weeks… Four weeks ago we did not know how... now we do.
Our country with COVID-19 has no idea how to control the numbers and get them down to near zero…! Other countries do! So, even if they reopen.. if they need to shut down - they know the path…

so, back to my example a month ago the idea of sailing for two days straight to me by myself in a boat would’ve been unheard-of today it is a doable thing because I know the parameters and have acquired the skills Needed to do so...
With COVID-19 do United States is proving itself to be a bad student, and inept at adapting to a new safety reality.
