2nd Amendment Protection 

If a first time offender is arrested or pending charges for carrying a concealed weapon, and this weapon is not linked to any violent crimes, then that proves offender had it for protection. Therefore this offender shall remain in municipal court with the the maximum penalty for first offender is M4.

No person carrying for protection should have to be a registered felon at the young age of 18 - 21. Limiting young adults from jobs and housing even in some cases schooling opportunities! How is this fair to our next generation of adults if their protect is proved to be clean? Most of the people passing away is young adults who am i to tell them lay down and die? How can a judge tell them not to protect themselves amongst their peers. That is so unfair and contradicting. 

After all the USA has been agreed anyone any age should protect themselves because that is everyone’s second amendment right! This petition will ensure that a law is passed that any first time offender with carrying a concealed weapon improperly or even in a motor vehicle is not seen as a violent offender because this weapon was not used to commit criminal acts. With these updates we also want to drop charges and various cases against any first time offenders labeled felon due to past charges such as these. This will ensure nobody is held back from growing in their young adult life because of trying to protect their own life! 

This law will ensure any first time offender or young adult found with a concealed weapon for their protection can never be labeled as a felon or seen as a violent criminal. Especially when new laws have changed the open carry age. This 2nd Amendment Immunity law will protect our youth and their futures!
