ONE DEATH EVERY 48 MINUTES in the United States is caused by an alcohol impaired driver! The VICTIM of a crash caused by a drunk driver often faces a life sentence and in some cases a death sentence! The offender/the DRUNK DRIVER spends very little time in jail. PLEASE HELP CHANGE THIS!
