My trial is September 6 and seems Parental rights have already been taken away because I cannot access medical records without a fight. So they’ve already put me in the system as parental rights removed. It’s shows us the corruption and that they already have decided on the judgment against us. 

What they are doing is trying to make parents sign a case plan that will take our parental rights away from medical decision making. That would allow Fairview to do anything they want to do.

The school district 287 is not cooperating by NOT assisting in sending me a letter of recommendation of how Matthew has had such severe head pain and how I have been nothing but helpful in his school placement.

Matthew is up 100 pounds and is not at all healthy with tachycardia due to the three antipsychotics he is on that they will not reduce. 
They continue to sexualize him as a 15-year-old boy going through puberty stuck in a room and take away his privacy and his rights. 
I haven’t had no help with any disability rights movements or activists.

I thank Family Justice Resource as they have been literally our only light. 

We have had no help from anyone else including the Minnesota Department of health  when they knew what was going on in the beginning. There was a complaint that went out and they were to conduct an in person investigation and that was never acted upon. 
I never got any help from Minnesota Dept of Cannabis as well although we have been legally registered the whole time. 

My forwardness with the truth and honesty in this unfortunate situation is being portrayed as me being Uncooperative. Which is far from the truth.
