This petition demands justice and accountability for the many injustices committed by Judge Jesse Nevarez within the Tarrant County 231st Family Court. As a concerned citizen of Texas, I am deeply troubled by the numerous reports of abuse, fraud, bullying, and fabrication of government documents that have been attributed to Judge Nevarez. Possibly most alarming are first-accounts of property theft through court-appointed officials like Kerry Owens who profits when his personal friend Nevarez places properties in receivership. 

Kerry gets 9% of the top for selling a home but what if he already have a buyer that can buy it cheaper and resell it for a profit a month later

One personal experience with Judge Jesse Nevarez has left me disillusioned and outraged as it involves taking a special needs child from the caregiver he grew up with and placing him with his abusive parent. This is not an isolated incident but rather a pattern of behavior affecting countless families within Tarrant County. It is disheartening to witness a judge who should uphold justice instead perpetrate injustice upon innocent parents and children.

Demand for Accountability: We demand that immediate action be taken against Judge Jesse Nevarez within the laws of Texas, its Supreme Court, and in accordance with the United States Constitution.

An independent investigation must be conducted into all allegations made against Judge Jesse Nevarez regarding abuse of power, fraudulence, bullying tactics, and fabrication of government documents. 2. If found guilty through due process, appropriate disciplinary actions should be taken against Judge Nevarez, including but not limited to suspension or removal from the bench. 3.
