I’m the owner of a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan R and have experienced repeated issues with coolant warnings , coolant system warnings that have led to the vehicle becoming undriveable and requiring towing , lane Assist failures, and dynamic cornering lighting system errors. Raising serious concerns about safety and reliability. After speaking with multiple other owners, I’ve discovered these problems are not isolated.

I am taking my case to NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal) in pursuit of a fair resolution.
