Can you share to help? Passage of this proposed law will ultimately eliminate advertising by backyard breeders and puppy mills.
No ads means no sales. This law takes the profits (motive) out of backyard breeding.
The elimination of 15 million “pets for sale” ads will mean that rescue and shelter pet adoption will benefit greatly and become the number one option for pets.
