“A warrant was served on an AKC registered breeder of German Shepherds who was keeping dogs in deplorable conditions.  Puppies were being sold online while they and their parents were living in these conditions!  They were infested with fleas and lice; hungry and covered in urine and feces.  We removed 4 adult dogs, 6 puppies and 2 cats from the property.  All animals were triaged at the shelter yesterday afternoon.  As of yesterday evening, everyone was smelling (and feeling) good, sleeping with full bellies and no more creepy crawlers on them!  Best case scenario as all animals were surrendered to the shelter and will be available for adoption soon.  HUGE thanks and much respect to the Troopers in our State who really care about the animals - we are always ready, willing and able to help them do this work - thanks to your support!  It's been a lot these last few weeks - but we are keep focusing on one animal at a time...even when they're lined up for our help!  Thanks to the team work in all of these situations - animals are saved and better off today!!!!”
