13 steps to establish peace in the whole world

Проблема

1.Complete withdrawal of Russian military forces from the territories of Ukraine occupied after February 24, 2022, and an immediate cessation of hostilities involving all types of weapons, rocket attacks, and terrorist acts across the entire territory of Ukraine.
2.Exchange of prisoners of war – all on all.
3.Recognition by the Russian leadership of erroneous international policies and the commission of war crimes in Ukraine.
4.Grant a new international status to the self-proclaimed republics “Luhansk People’s Republic” (LNR) and “Donetsk People’s Republic” (DNR), as well as to Crimea – “Olympic Lands.” This status would allow for the hosting of international Olympic Games – both Spring and Autumn – on these territories. The games would be held once every four years, following the completion of the regular Summer and Winter Olympics. During the preparation, conduct, and a certain period after the Olympics, these territories would be designated as free economic zones, with a prohibition on any military formations.
5.Include the following sports in the program of the new Olympics: esports, automotive and aviation races, freestyle events, robot competitions, digital simulators (artificial intelligence), strongman contests, powerlifting, and precision shooting with firearms and artillery.
6.Develop and organize the necessary facilities and infrastructure for these sports using Russian funds.
7.Create a unified international sports ranking for Olympic participant countries and other sporting events, including world and continental championships, based on medal standings and victories.
8.Annually allocate quotas for duty-free exports of domestically produced goods worldwide based on the aforementioned ranking. Additionally, permits for the appropriation of new territories on planets, satellites of the solar system, other galaxies, the universe, and Metaverse servers would be granted.
9.Conduct online referendums on the governmental structure and affiliation of the “Luhansk People’s Republic,” “Donetsk People’s Republic,” and Crimea after the expiration of the free economic zone rights. International organizations would oversee the expression of will in these “republics.”
10.Lease the city of Sevastopol and the waters where the Russian Black Sea Fleet is stationed to Ukraine. The rental payment would be a 50% discount on oil products and natural gas exported to Ukraine. Additionally, while the lease agreement is in effect, similar discounts would be extended by Russia to European countries that assisted Ukraine during the 2022-2024 military actions.
11.The newly elected Russian government should compensate Ukraine for material losses incurred after February 24, 2022.
12.The Russian leadership should also cover the medical expenses of military personnel from both sides who participated in and were affected by combat actions on Ukrainian territory since 2014. Furthermore, regular payments should be provided to children who lost their parents during these events until they reach adulthood, and families of deceased soldiers should receive appropriate financial compensation.
13.To enhance cybersecurity, combat cybercrime, and reduce the impact of information media on people’s lives in both conflicting parties, introduce limited internet usage by triple tariff rates for service providers during weekends and evening hours.
