To 13 cabs management ;

I’m a silverservice operator / driver   Gutted , disgusted , disappointed and feeling  betrayed by some of the 13cabs decisions that’s not taking the severe drop of income of operators , 

We understand very well , maybe more than lots of u in the management that a good car will always bring new and keep existing customers because we are the one dealing with this on the ground .

However , we the operators also understand the actual cost of operating a taxi !

Taxis used to click around 1 millions kms back in the days , now we sit idle most of the time , we have operators have only 400k on the conpletion of 6 years and their car still in great condition. 

Drives used to pay way more than what they pay now , we no longer get same return on investment .

The difference of what silver service charge me for radio fees comparing to radio fees and the age of the vehicle , is no longer a viable business ,

Most do us have repayment over 5 years and only have 1 year as a relief with ur new decision .

I find my self at some point forced to move to something more affordable that helps me paying my bills and feeding my kids , the way I’m helping you through my  radio fees paying ur bills and feeding your kids .
