There has been a small group of cats living in the  11 north parking lot for at least the last 6 years.

One of the kitties "Football" is old and has trouble getting around.

We just want to build a small shelter in an out of the way place for them to safely spend the winter.

We have been getting them spayed and neutered and even have gotten a few adopted.

Several of us have been feeding them and would like to build a small feeding station and shelter to keep them from going under cars or  into the road or on the railroad tracks.

They have helped keep the rodent population down and do not bother anyone.
