STOP 11 Alive from broadcasting autistic children's meltdowns on Internet & TV

11 Alive News (Atlanta) recently ran a “news” story, promoting ABA, that featured footage of autistic children in the midst of emotional meltdowns in the privacy of their homes. (link below) This footage was shot and shared without the consent of the children.
11 Alive News needs to TAKE THE FOOTAGE DOWN NOW.
YouTube and other platforms, including major news networks, have already committed to taking down meltdown videos flagged by advocates for ethical reasons. Why won't 11 Alive follow established standards of journalism?
Please sign this petition and contact the reporter who curated the meltdown footage: Rebecca Lindstrom. Her Twitter is @LindstromNews, email RLindstrom@11alive.com. The News Director is Jennifer Rigby, on Twitter @jorigby.
For more info about why news channels (and parents) should not post meltdown videos, please see this article: https://autisticnotweird.com/meltdown-videos/
