RE:   Petition to stop and make illegal: Covert Electronic Harassment Programs

Thousands of people across the globe are being put into a covert governmental program without their knowledge or consent. By way of electronic harassment using a wide range of tools such as directed energy, gang-stalking methods, hacking and bugging to name just a few - these people are subjected to a life of daily torture.

Those that find themselves in this slow kill program are known as ‘Targeted Individuals’ or TI’s. Hundreds of them have posted pictures and videos of their proof online on various websites, via social media platforms and more. Some were first targeted as far back as 1995 however it became widely spread from 2005 onwards. Sadly many TI’s commit suicide after discovering that they are in this program and that there is no way to stop the harassment. Many before me, that have tried to gain exposure, have suffered greatly and often withdraw their petitions and quests to stop the painful harassment which often increases to an unbearable amount during this time and our news and cries for help never make their way into mainstream media.

Now rife in the United States of America, this program has made its way into the United Kingdom and Australia as well as many European countries. It’s unknown whether the source of all these programs originates from America or whether each country’s government is allowing or issuing these programs themselves. However I am British and there are many of us suffering right now.

We are desperately in need of political help and would therefore very much appreciate any help you can give into spreading awareness and helping to stop this programs from running.

I am happy to assist in anyway possible and I’m sure many of my fellow TI’s will also be more than happy to assist also.
