Hope everyone is enjoying their break. The trees also get one last reprieve as the conditional offer has been extended to January 10, 2020.
Unfortunately that is only to allow the neighbouring site at 12 Wairau Ave to be combined into the purchase!
Making this a total area of about 4,500 square metres.
Perfect for a higher yield of apartments and also flexibility to work around the Protected Pohutukawa.
This also makes it a viable size for a Park. Council is now tentatively considering options with Whau Local Board, if the purchase fails.
So, bad news and great news!
