✨ Update: Progress for Theo’s Law! ✨

We’re thrilled to share an important update — on October 27th, we’ll be meeting with a Georgia State Representative to discuss Theo’s Law and the process of officially submitting it for legislative consideration.

This meeting is a key step toward turning our proposal into an official bill that can be introduced in the Georgia General Assembly. From there, it would move through committee review and, with enough support, could eventually be voted on by both the House and Senate  making Theo’s Law a reality to protect students with special needs and medical restrictions from being excluded from graduation ceremonies.
