The Issue
在当前经济局势下，我们的收入主要依赖于我的小型店铺。然而，由于汇旺Huione问题，店铺的资金无法正常流动，导致我们面临巨大的经济压力。更糟糕的是，数百名工人的生计与我一样，正处于岌岌可危的境地。他们的家庭亟需依靠稳定的收入来维持生活。许多家庭已经感到绝望，因为我们对于解决这一问题无能为力。
我们呼吁柬埔寨政府立即采取措施，解决与汇旺Huione相关的财务问题，确保用户的资金得到公平兑付。这不仅仅是为了我们的小店，也是为无数依靠该平台的工人和其家庭提供一个生存的机会。
同时，我们也要求释放那些勇敢站出来为我们的权利而发声的维权人士。他们的努力不仅仅是为了个体利益，也是在捍卫我们的集体权利，保护每一个依赖该平台获得收入的人的利益。压制这样的声音只会加剧恐慌和经济动荡，让更多家庭陷入困境。

In the current economic climate, our income depends primarily on my small shop. However, due to the Huione issue, the shop's cash flow is disrupted, causing us immense financial pressure. Worse still, the livelihoods of hundreds of workers, like mine, are precarious. Their families desperately need a stable income to survive. Many families are already feeling hopeless because we feel powerless to resolve this problem.
We urge the Cambodian government to take immediate action to address the financial issues related to Huione and ensure fair repayment of users' funds. This is not only for our small shop but also to provide a chance for survival for countless workers and their families who rely on the platform.
At the same time, we demand the release of those activists who bravely speak out for our rights. Their efforts are not just for individual interests but also to defend our collective rights and protect the interests of everyone who relies on the platform for income. Suppressing such voices will only exacerbate panic and economic instability, plunging more families into hardship.

Hello everyone, I am one of the ten Chinese representatives who entered the Central Bank of Cambodia on the morning of April 24th. We entered the Central Bank to negotiate with the Governor and other leaders! We prepared a large amount of information and collected a lot of irrefutable evidence! Enough to prove that the Central Bank's supervision was ineffective, that they covered up and condoned the activities! This helped Huiwang evade its true purpose and become HPAY! Faced with the irrefutable evidence, the Central Bank of Cambodia admitted its mistakes and expressed remorse, but also stated that it was powerless to do anything! So, who will protect the hard-earned money of us overseas Chinese citizens? We had no choice but to brave the scorching sun and take to the streets to shout loudly... hoping the embassy can hear us! We hope our fellow Chinese compatriots will unite to safeguard their legitimate rights! We hope the Cambodian government will resolve the Huione (Hpay) issue as soon as possible. I've been in Cambodia for several years, working a regular job. A significant portion of my salary and business profits are held in Huione, a nationally recognized payment institution in Cambodia. Many other small business owners and workers like myself also have substantial sums tied up in Huione (Hpay). Now, Cambodian workers aren't being paid, and my company is facing bankruptcy. What should we do about this? Don't just brush us off with "legal action."
7月13日我们在柬埔寨国家央行维权结束后，，柬埔寨的警察就盯上了一位维权人士，，，没有说理由的骑着警用摩托车就拦在了他的汽车前面，，，有十多辆摩托车，，还有一辆警车在后面，，直接堵住了维权者，，，他们强硬的直接敲玻璃，，，5个人直接把维权者从车里拉出来，，，随后被带往警察局，，，我们强烈要求释放被抓的维权人士，，给维权者一个说法，，，柬埔寨还有法律吗？ 还有王法吗？
On July 13th, after our protest at the National Bank of Cambodia, Cambodian police targeted one of the activists. Without giving any reason, they rode police motorcycles and blocked his car. There were more than ten motorcycles, and a police car was behind them. They completely blocked the activists, forcibly knocking on the windows. Five officers pulled the activists out of the car and took them to the police station. We strongly demand the release of the arrested activists and an explanation. Does Cambodia still have laws? Does it still have a monarch?
