WORST DOG KILL NUMBERS IN JAPAN    Ibaraki prefecture animal centre has been the most prolific killer of dogs and cats in Japan for the past six years.    Their home page is only used to find pets current owners but not to facilitate any adoption or other care. As a result only a very small number of pets that come to them are saved.    We request that the rules governing the animals held at the animal centre should be changed so that as far as possible all animals are saved and not killed.    Please sign this petition to show your support for saving the pets at this animal centre.
