この「法改定」について、法務省側は「進歩」のように喧伝していますが、実態は真逆です。拷問にあたることが平然と入管施設で繰り返され、人権が踏みにじられ続ける社会を、私は望みません。命の危険から逃れてきた人々が保護され、どんな立場の人々でも「人間らしい生活」ができるよう、国際基準に沿った判断を独立した機関ができること。それが今望まれている「法改正」のはずです。
