皆様方、

ご署名ありがとうございます。　この度署名数が50を超えましたので、主な政党の税調会長へ署名活動の開始を知らせる予定です。　

本件は当事者(日本で海外から遺族年金を受け取られている方、またはその可能性のある方)には強く支持されるものの、そうではない方々の関心は低く留まりがちです。　そのような中、皆様には関心をお寄せいただきご署名下さったことに、心より謝意と敬意を申し上げます。　本件のこのような特徴を鑑み、現在国会議員の方々へ署名を直接働きかけております。　幸いご署名下さった方や返信下さる方も出て来ました。　お呼び掛けの方法などを逐次見直しながら、これからも署名活動を続けて参ります。　皆様方におかれましても、もし当事者の方をご存知でしたら是非この活動についてお知らせくださいませ。　ご署名に至らずとも、このような税制があることを知っていただくだけでも意味があると考えております。

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for your signature. As we have now exceeded 50 signatures, we plan to notify the chairpersons of the Research Commission on the Tax System of the major political parties that this petition has been launched.

While this issue is strongly supported by those directly affected (individuals receiving or eligible for foreign survivor pensions in Japan), it tends to attract less interest from the general public. In light of this, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and respect to all of you for taking an interest and signing. Given the nature of this cause, we are currently reaching out directly to members of the Diet. Fortunately, some have already signed or responded to us.

We will continue our efforts while constantly refining our approach. If you know anyone who might be personally affected by this issue, please share this campaign with them. Even if they do not sign, I believe there is great value in simply raising awareness that such a tax system exists.
