Dear Taiwanese friends,

I know many of you were upset last week when a US White House official said, "We do not support Taiwan independence." I am an American, and it upset me too.

For that reason, I decided to do something about it. I wrote an article criticizing the Biden administration for disrespecting Taiwanese people and failing to stand up for American beliefs and moral values.

The article was published in the Taipei Times this morning. Please read it and share. 

I think most foreigners don't understand the issues, but once they do, they strongly support Taiwan. Let's educate people.
