介護保険の施設では、車椅子ユーザーが多いです（例　特老、老健、介護医療院など）。確かに、法律上からも車椅子は必須備品であります。

令和の時代、高齢者自体の体格差は、介護保険スタート時の2000年と比べて、ビックリするほど変わりました。140cmで腰の曲がった高齢女性〜185cm手足も長い高齢男性まで、「体格差！」が顕著な状態です。（例:1人で座れない）方々が多数いるのも、現実です。

20年前と比べて、車椅子も格段の科学的進歩を遂げて（東京パラリンピック、カッコいい車椅子が沢山ありました）、色々な体格・障害状態にマッチさせる事が出来る時代となりつつあります。

しかし、法律は約20年前と同じく、車椅子に関する、施設系サービスへの支援は、ほとんどありません（施設だから当然、自分の所で対処との事）。

高齢・重度障害の車椅子ユーザーに対する、車椅子の自由を検討して頂き、マッチした車椅子を提供出来れば、例えば、誤嚥性肺炎や褥瘡（床ずれ）の発生予防・治療としての車椅子活用が可能です。逆に、不適切な車椅子しか選べない状況であれば、様々な病気やケガの2次的発生原因（いわゆる医原性）になりえます。

国は、誤嚥性肺炎予防→重症化予防をテーマに活動して下さってますが、車椅子の話が、一切出てこない状況です。起きて座って食べる。大事な要素の「座る」を担う車椅子の提供に関する自由を是非検討して頂きたいと思っています。

簡単に言えば、「車椅子サブスク（定額使い放題などなど）」みたいな感じで、誰でも自由に、お気軽簡単な「車椅子ユーザーの自由」に関するご支援を、厚生労働大臣並びに厚生労働省のテーマの一つとして、大切に取り組んで頂くことに、ご賛同頂ける皆様のご署名やご支援、ご協力などなどを、なにとぞ、宜しくお願い致します。
