この度は、兵庫県西宮市にある今津浜保全のために、ご賛同、署名のお心寄せを賜りましたこと、心より御礼、感謝申し上げます。ありがとうございます。
9月10日にChange Orgを通じて今津浜を一部でも残せるように兵庫県に工事設計再考と、生態系保全のための配慮を伝えるために署名運動を立ち上げました。

8月19日
この署名運動を立ち上げた菅原真樹が、8年前からの今津浜埋め立て工事計画を初めて知る
8月20日
40年前に甲子園浜埋め立て工事の本決まりの時点から、南甲子園小学校学校PTAのお母さん達が立ち上がって、未来に浜を残したいと11年の訴訟も含めての反対し、海浜の自然を守る会のメンバー大西夏江さんに相談する。西宮市市会議員でNPO 海浜の自然を守る会 副理事長 菅野雅一氏を紹介して頂く。菅野氏は、これまで市議会にも浜の事を議題として質問をされてきた経緯があることもあり、この運動のアドバイザーとしてご協力いただけるようになりました。
9月1日
西宮市図書館にて、今津浜が掲載されている古地図があるか調べ、一番古いもので天保7年1837年に描かれているものを見つける。
9月3日
西宮市貝類館にて渡辺哲也氏に、今津浜の生物についてレクチャーを受ける
9月5日
竹尾兵庫県県会議員のコーディネートで工事を行う担当である尼崎港湾局整備課の古家課長、永田課長補佐による説明会を開催。ポンプ場建設予定地の一部スペースに浜を僅かに残せる可能性を話し合う。
9月6日
西宮市立貝類館顧問 山西良平理学博士とお会いする。今津浜の海の生物調査報告論文について詳しいお話を伺う。山西博士は、この運動に賛同。アドバイザー、アンバサダーとなっていただくことが出来ました。
9月10日
Change org で署名キャンペーンを立ち上げ発信開始
9月17日
この署名運動での賛同者が集まる動向を見て、竹尾ともえ兵庫県県会議員は、兵庫県土木部長へ、浜の存続のために、工事設計の見直しを求める運動の事を伝えて頂きました。
9月18日
兵庫県県庁の総合治水課の課長が竹尾ともえ県議の元に飛んで来られ、今津浜の自然や生き物のなどを残す事を真剣に考えていると竹尾県議に伝えられました。竹尾県議も、課長に、我々が多くの方々が署名に国内外から賛同者が増え続けていること。西宮市立貝類館顧問 山西良平理学博士や、西宮自然保護協会の大谷洋子さんが、今津浜の海の生き物と浜の植物についての生物調査報告論文があり、その報告書にも両氏は、今津浜の貴重な自然を残すべきだと書かれていることなどを伝えて頂きました。
今後の動き
紙媒体での署名運動も、Change Orgと同時並行で行うためのフォーマット作りを現在進行中

今津浜の植樹調査報告を論文を出されている、西宮自然保護協会の大谷洋子さんとの今津浜存続についての会合を菅野雅一西宮市議にコーディネートをして頂き、10月18日午後二時より、西宮市市役所議員会館の会議室にて開催予定。(この会合には、今津浜の海の生き物調査報告の論文を書かれた西宮市貝類館顧問 山西良平理学博士も参加決定)
