私たちはパレスチナ連帯の表現に対し検閲を行ったHÖR Berlinの日本での活動に反対の意思を表明します。

また日本での活動を可能にすることに加担する全ての主体（会場提供者・アーティスト）に対しその中止を要求します。

私たちは HÖR に各主体がどのような対応をしたかについて記録し、その情報を公表し続けます。

HÖR (ヒューアー) は2019年にイスラエルのテルアビブ（パレスチナのヤッファ）からドイツのベルリンに拠点を移した、DJ のストリーミングを YouTube 配信するプラットフォームです。

　2023年11月3日、前月以来激化したガザ・ジェノサイドがこれまでの全ての "ガザ紛争" の累計死者数を突破するという未曾有の虐殺・侵略事件としての正体を晒す中、HÖR は自身が主催する DJ イベントでパレスチナに連帯するスカーフと服を着た 2 人のアーティストに対する検閲を行い、猛抗議を受けています。

　HÖR は歴史的パレスチナ全体をパレスチナと見なす表現を「イスラエルの根絶を呼びかけている」とし、あたかも紛争当事者双方に配慮しての対応であるかのような言い訳をしています。しかし検閲を受けたアーティスト本人が疑問を呈した通り、歴史的パレスチナ全体をイスラエルとする表現がもしあった場合に HÖR が検閲を行ったかは甚だ疑わしいと言えます。そもそもイスラエル政府がパレスチナ領侵略を続け、イスラエルの首脳がパレスチナ全体をイスラエルに併合した地図を公然と掲げている中で、「双方に配慮」等という中立的な立場を表明するのは、HÖR 自身が表現どころか現実空間における「パレスチナの根絶」を事実上黙認していることを意味します。さらにこれまでロシア・ウクライナ紛争に関しては反ロシアの激しい表現を認めてきたことからも二重基準を露呈させています。

　弾圧されたアーティスト、またそれ以外のアーティストやファンらからの抗議が国内外で起こり続けたにも関わらず HÖR の姿勢は全く改善することなく、各地の関連イベントに対するボイコットが呼びかけられています。「日本ならば抗議もなかろう」とでも言うような HÖR の蔑みに対し、私たちはきっちり抗議を以て応接しようではありませんか。

私たちは人道のため立ち上がった全ての人々の呼びかけに応え、

私たちからも人道を重んじる全ての人々と共に以下を宣言します。

私たち署名者は、

　① HÖR のイベントの日本での開催に抗議の意思を表明します。虐殺への抗議に耳を塞いだ「お祭り」の開催中止を求めます。

　② HÖR のイベントに会場提供する主体に対し抗議の意思を表明します。

　　に対し、イベントの受け入れ拒否を求めます。

　　拒否しない場合、私たちは当該会場の対応を記録し、今後の使用を控えます。また今後それを継続的に表明します。

　　※5/19-23に東京 新宿の王城ビルで開催予定だった HÖR のイベントについては、これを即刻中止に追い込むことができました。ただ、引き続き注視しを続けており、関東圏での開催の動きが再びあればしかるべく対応します。

　③HÖR のイベントへの参加を考える全てのアーティストに対し、警告します。このイベントに参加することは、虐殺と不法占領への抗議に対する言論封殺という暴挙により本国では開催が困難でも、のうのうと外国で活動できてしまう状態を作り出すことに協力することです。

　　全てのアーティストに対し、このイベントへの参加を中止するよう求めます。

　　中止しない場合、私たちは当該関係者の対応を記録します。
そして有志によってではありますが、今後の全ての協力関係を断つことを含め検討する可能性を示唆いたします。本来の問題は関係性の切断の有無を超えて、その彼方には、それほどパレスチナの問題は深刻であり、残酷かつ卑劣な出来事であるという意味、文脈を含有し、それに理解していただきたいと存じます。その有志はもし存在するとすれば、今後継続的に以上の旨を表明します。

私たちは路上での抗議など、権利として認められうる法内での直接行動も視野に入れます。

We express our opposition to HÖR Berlin's activities in Japan.

We also demand that all parties (venue, providers and artists) involved in enabling HÖR Berlin's activities in Japan cease and desist.

We will keep a record of how each entity responds to HÖR and will continue to publish this information.

HÖR (Huehr) is a YouTube platform for DJ streaming that moved from Tel Aviv, Israel (Jaffa, Palestine) to Berlin, Germany in 2019.

On November 3, 2023, as the Gaza Genocide, which has intensified since the previous month, reveals itself as an unprecedented massacre and invasion, surpassing the cumulative death toll of all previous “Gaza conflicts", HÖR censored two artists wearing scarves and clothing in solidarity with Palestine at an event he organized, and has been fiercely protested.

HÖR has made the excuse that the expression “calls for the eradication of Israel” by referring to the entire historical Palestine as Palestine, as if it were a response out of consideration for both sides of the conflict. However, as the censored artists themselves have questioned, it is highly doubtful that the HÖR would have censored the expression “Israel” if it had been used to refer to historical Palestine as a whole. In the first place, while the Israeli government continues to invade Palestinian territory and Israeli leaders openly display maps showing the annexation of the entire Palestinian territories to Israel, to express a neutral position such as “consideration for both sides” means that the HÖR itself has effectively tacitly approved the “eradication of Palestine” in the real space, not just in its expressions. Furthermore, the fact that the HÖR has so far allowed violent anti-Russian expression in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict reveals its double standard.

　Despite continuous protests by oppressed artists, other artists, and fans in Germany and at abroad, HÖR's stance has not improved at all, and boycotts of related events around the world have been called for. Let us respond to HÖR's disdain by protesting, as if to say, "If it were in Japan, there would be no protest."

We, the undersigned, respond to the call of all those who have stood up for humanity, declare the following.

1. We protest the holding of the HÖR event in Japan. We call for the cancellation of the “festival” that has turned a deaf ear to the protests against the ongoing massacre.
2. We protest against the entities* that are providing the venue for the HÖR event for HÖR's events which include
   　　・Club Joule (Osaka, as of May 16, 2024)

　　to refuse to accept the event;

　　If they do not refuse, we will record their response and refrain from using the venue in the future, and we will continue to state this in public space.

　　(*We successfully cancel the HÖR event scheduled for May 19-23 at the Ohjo Building in Shinjuku, Tokyo. However, we are continuing to monitor the event closely and will take appropriate action if there is any movement to hold the event in the Kanto area again.)

3. We warn all artists who are considering participating in a HÖR event. By participating in this event, you are helping to create a situation in which they can operate in a foreign country with impunity, even though it would be difficult to do so in their own country due to the outrages of silence against protests of genocide and illegal occupation.

If you do not cancel it, our engaged people who are not all of us will consider to document your actions and, if those people exist and decide as it is necessary, sever all cooperation in the future. The engaged people, if they exist, will also continue to state this in public space. 

This issue against Israel, Zionists country, is extremely severe, inhumane and depraved and we all do not easily pass over. If you could understand our state, you have been in part of humanism in a broad sense. 

We will also look at direct action within the law, such as protests in the streets, which can be recognized as a right.
