نحن، شعب لبنان، نمر بأسوأ أزمة مالية في العالم. قادتنا السياسيون الذين وصلوا إلى السلطة في التسعينيات بعد الحرب الأهلية، أغرقوا بلادنا في ديون تزيد على 100 مليار دولار. وبالتوازي مع ذلك، قام المصرفيون لدينا بسرقة ودائعنا النقدية، بالتعاون مع البنك المركزي والمسؤولين الحكوميين.

والأسوأ من ذلك، أن الودائع المصرفية في لبنان بلغت عام 2018، 177 مليار دولار (حسب البيانات الرسمية الصادرة عن البنك المركزي). وفي فترة زمنية قصيرة، انخفضت الودائع إلى 90 مليار دولار. وبناءً على ذلك، خرج أكثر من 50 مليار دولار من النظام المصرفي اللبناني بطريقة أو بأخرى، في حين لم يُسمح لأي منا بسحب أي أموال.

والواقع أن هذه التحويلات المالية لم يُسمح بها إلا للمساهمين في البنوك وأسرهم، والمسؤولين الحكوميين، والأشخاص السياسيين السياسيين، والقضاة، والإعلاميين، والمسؤولين العسكريين. بل إن جزءًا كبيرًا من هذه الأموال جاء من الفساد والأرباح غير القانونية الناتجة عن عمليات الهندسة المالية، من بين أنشطة غير قانونية أخرى.

وعليه، فهذه تحويلات غير قانونية وعمليات اختلاس لأنها سمحت لبعض الأشخاص بتوفير أموالهم بينما يخسر البعض الآخر كل شيء لأنه لم يعد هناك أموال في البنوك لسداد المودعين المتبقين.

لقد حاولنا طلب العدالة من النظام القضائي في لبنان، لكن نظامنا القانوني مشلول تمامًا ويسيطر عليه المصرفيون والسياسيون. وبالتالي، لا أحد قادر على الفوز بأي قضية في لبنان.

.ولكن، سنبقى نحاول على أمل الوصول إلى العدالة عبر القضاء اللبناني، ولكن ايضا نريد ان نستعين بالمجتمع الدولي ومنظمات العدالة الدولية كافة، للحصول على حقوقنا ومعاقبة كل من تسبب في هذه الأزمة

. كما نطالب جميع الدول التي استقبلت تحويلات مالية من لبنان بحجز كل هذه الأموال لإعادتها إلى أصحابها الحقيقيين، نحن المودعين.

Seeking help from international justice organizations and governments to recover our stolen money in the Lebanese banks.

We, the people of Lebanon, are going through the worst financial crisis in the world. Our political leaders who came to power in the 90’s after the civil war, have put our country under a debt of over $100 billion. And our bankers have stolen our money deposits, in cooperation with the central Bank and government officials.

What is worse, in 2019, bank deposits in Lebanon amounted to $177 billion (as per the official data released by the Central Bank). In a short period of time, deposits went down to $90 billion. Accordingly, more than $50 billion were taken out of the Lebanese banking system somehow, when none of us was allowed to withdraw any money.

Indeed, these money transfers were only allowed to banks’ shareholders and their families, government officials, PEP, judges, media personnel, and military officials. A big part of this money even came from corruption and illegal profits made from financial engineering operations, among other illegal activities.

Accordingly, these are illegal transfers and embezzlement operations because it allowed some people to save their money while others have to lose everything because there’s no more money in the banks to pay the remaining depositors.

We tried to seek justice from the judiciary system in Lebanon, but our legal system is completely paralyzed and controlled by the bankers and the politicians. Thus, nobody is able to win any case in Lebanon.

Accordingly, we will keep trying to reach justice with the Lebanese legal system, but we will be also seeking the help of the international community and international justice organizations to get our rights and sanction all those who caused this crisis. We are also asking all the countries that received money transfers from Lebanon to cease all this money in order to give it back to its real owners, us the depositors.
