هشدار

ماشین کشتار متوقف نشده است. هزاران بازداشت‌شده هم‌اکنون تحت شکنجه، اعتراف‌گیری اجباری، پرونده‌سازی، صدور احکام سنگین و خطر اعدام قرار دارند.

در حالی‌که روزها از آغاز دوباره اعتراضات انقلابی مردم ایران می‌گذرد و به‌واسطه قطع سراسری اینترنت، دسترسی به اطلاعات، آمار و گزارش‌های مستقل تقریبا ناممکن شده است، ما جمعی از کنشگران، با تکیه بر تجربه زیسته دهه‌های گذشته، به‌خوبی می‌دانیم که دور از چشم افکار عمومی، سرکوب خونین در زندان‌ها و بازداشتگاه‌های رسمی و غیررسمی، با شدیدترین اشکال خود ادامه دارد. تجربه کشتار دهه شصت، و شکنجه‌های سیستماتیک، این هشدار را به واقعیتی انکارناپذیر تبدیل کرده است.

امروز، در حالی‌که سوگوار جان‌باختن هزاران انسان آزادی‌خواه هستیم و بر حق دادخواهی پای می‌فشاریم، نباید فراموش کنیم که در غیاب اطلاع‌رسانی عمومی و اعمال فشار موثر بر نهادهای نظامی، امنیتی و قضایی، موارد زیر به‌طور گسترده در جریان است:

۱. بازداشت و شکنجه کودکان

۲. شکنجه‌های جسمی از جمله ضرب‌وشتم، تجاوز و خشونت جنسی، محرومیت از آب و غذای کافی، تحمیل داروهای اجباری و ناشناخته، عدم دسترسی به درمان و شرایط زیستی غیرانسانی

۳. شکنجه‌های روانی از جمله سلول انفرادی، اعدام نمایشی، اعتراف‌گیری اجباری، تهدید بازداشت‌شدگان از طریق فشار بر خانواده‌ها، شکنجه روانی تبعیض محور مبتنی بر جنس، جنسیت، گرایش جنسی، ملیت، قومیت و مذهب.

۴. محرومیت از دسترسی به وکیل و حمایت‌های حقوقی مستقل

۵. محرومیت از خدمات پزشکی و داروهای ضروری

۶. قطع حق تماس و ملاقات

۷. ⁠تحقیر و تهدید کرامت انسانی

ما هشدار می‌دهیم که دامنه و شدت خشونت می‌تواند به تشدید بی‌سابقه شکنجه‌ها و قتل سیستماتیک زندانیان بینجامد. از طرفی فقدان سازوکارهای حمایتی، خانواده‌های زندانیان را نیز در معرض فشار، تهدید و سکوت اجباری قرار می‌دهد.

ما، نگارندگان و امضاکنندگان این بیانیه، از تمامی افراد، گروه‌ها، نهادها و رسانه‌ها می‌خواهیم بی‌درنگ صدای زندانیان و خانواده‌های آنان باشند و برای تامین حقوق اولیه و امنیت آن‌ها اقدام کنند. بر اساس قوانین بین‌المللی حقوق بشر خواستار موارد زیر هستیم:

۱. آزادی فوری و بدون قید و شرط زندانیان سیاسی و عقیدتی

۲. لغو کامل احکام اعدام

۳. تضمین حقوق بنیادین بازداشت‌شدگان از جمله حق تماس، ملاقات و دسترسی به وکیل

۴. تأمین امنیت خانواده‌های زندانیان

در شرایط قطع ارتباط موثر با ایران، نبود شفافیت و فقدان توجه گسترده به وضعیت زندانیان، هشدار می‌دهیم که تکرار فجایع خون‌بار خیزش‌های پیشین در زندان‌ها بیش از هر زمان دیگری محتمل است.

بلند کردن صدای زندانیان و پاسداری از جان، سلامت و آزادی آنان، یک الزام سیاسی فوری است.

The apparatus of massacre has not stopped. Thousands of detainees are currently subjected to torture, forced confessions, fabricated charges, the imposition of severe penalties, and the risk of execution.

As the renewed revolutionary protests of the Iranian people continue, and nationwide internet blackouts render access to information, data, and independent reporting nearly impossible, we – a group of activists informed by decades of firsthand experience – recognise all too well that, away from public scrutiny, brutal repression persists in official and unofficial prisons and detention centres in its harshest forms. The memory of the mass executions of the 1980s and the systematic use of torture transforms this warning into an inevitable reality.

Today, as we grieve the loss of thousands of individuals striving for freedom and demand justice and accountability, we must remember that, in the absence of public information and meaningful oversight of military, security, and judicial institutions, the following practices remain widespread:

1. The arrest and torture of minors.
2. Physical abuse, including beatings, rape, sexual assault, deprivation of adequate food and water, forced administration of unknown or compulsory drugs, denial of medical care, and inhumane living conditions.
3. Psychological torture, including solitary confinement, mock executions, coerced confessions, threats directed at detainees through pressure on their families, and discriminatory mental and psychological abuse based on sex, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity, or religion
4. Denial of access to lawyers or independent legal representation
5. Denial of medical care and essential medications
6. Restriction of phone calls and visits
7. Humiliation and threats to human dignity

We warn that the scale and intensity of violence may lead to an unprecedented escalation of torture and the systematic killing of detainees. Simultaneously, the absence of protective mechanisms leaves prisoners’ families vulnerable to pressure, threats, and enforced silence.

We, the authors and signatories of this statement, call on all individuals, organisations, institutions, and media outlets to serve as the voice of prisoners and their families, and to take immediate action to safeguard their fundamental rights and security. In accordance with international human rights law, we demand:

1. The immediate and unconditional release of all political prisoners and prisoners of conscience
2. The complete abolition of the death penalty
3. The guarantee of detainees’ fundamental rights, including access to communication, visits, and legal counsel
4. The protection and safety of prisoners’ families

Amid severed communication with Iran, lack of transparency, and insufficient attention to the plight of detainees and prisoners, we warn that the repetition of the gruesome atrocities of previous uprisings within prisons is more likely than ever.

Elevating the voices of prisoners and safeguarding their lives, health, and freedom is an urgent political and moral imperative.

لم تتوقف آلة القتل. آلاف المعتقلين يتعرضون حالياً للتعذيب، والاعترافات القسرية، ولفتوى قضائية ملفقة، والأحكام الثقيلة، وخطر الإعدام.

بينما مرت أيام منذ انطلاق الاحتجاجات الثورية الجديدة للشعب الإيراني وبسبب الانقطاع الشامل للإنترنت أصبح الوصول إلى المعلومات والإحصاءات والتقارير المستقلة شبه مستحيل، نحن، مجموعة من الناشطين، بالاعتماد على خبرة عقود من العمل والتجربة، نعلم جيداً أن القمع الدموي بعيداً عن أعين الجمهور مستمر في السجون ومراكز الاحتجاز الرسمية وغير الرسمية بأشد أشكاله. تجربة المجازر في ثمانينيات القرن الماضي والتعذيب المنهجي تجعل هذا التحذير حقيقة لا يمكن إنكارها.

اليوم، بينما نحيي ذكرى وفاة آلاف الأفراد المحبين للحرية ونؤكد على حق المطالبة بالعدالة، يجب ألا ننسى أنه في غياب الإعلام العام والضغط الفعال على المؤسسات العسكرية والأمنية والقضائية، تُمارس الممارسات التالية على نطاق واسع:

 1. اعتقال وتعذيب الأطفال
 2. التعذيب الجسدي بما في ذلك الضرب، والاغتصاب، والعنف الجنسي، والحرمان من الغذاء والماء الكافيين، وإجبار المعتقلين على تناول أدوية مجهولة، وعدم الحصول على الرعاية الطبية، وظروف معيشية غير إنسانية
 3. التعذيب النفسي بما في ذلك الحبس الانفرادي، والإعدام الصوري، والاعترافات القسرية، وتهديد المعتقلين عن طريق الضغط على عائلاتهم، والتعذيب النفسي التمييزي بناءً على الجنس، والنوع الاجتماعي، والتوجه الجنسي، والجنسية، والانتماء العرقي، والدين
 4. الحرمان من الوصول إلى محامٍ ودعم قانوني مستقل

نحذر من أن نطاق وشدة العنف قد يؤديان إلى تصعيد غير مسبوق في التعذيب والقتل المنهجي للسجناء. كما أن غياب آليات الدعم يعرض عائلات المعتقلين للضغط والتهديد والصمت القسري.

نحن، كُتّاب وموقّعو هذا البيان، نطالب جميع الأفراد والمجموعات والمؤسسات ووسائل الإعلام بأن يكونوا فوراً صوت المعتقلين وعائلاتهم وأن يتخذوا إجراءات لضمان حقوقهم الأساسية وسلامتهم. وبموجب قوانين حقوق الإنسان الدولية، نطالب بما يلي:

 1. الإفراج الفوري وغير المشروط عن السجناء السياسيين والمعتقلين على خلفية المعتقدات
 2. الإلغاء الكامل لأحكام الإعدام
 3. ضمان الحقوق الأساسية للمعتقلين بما في ذلك الحق في الاتصال، والزيارة، والوصول إلى محامٍ
 4. حماية أمن عائلات السجناء

في ظل انقطاع التواصل الفعّال مع إيران، وانعدام الشفافية، وقلة الاهتمام الواسع بوضع المعتقلين، نحذر من أن تكرار المآسي الدموية للانتفاضات السابقة في السجون أصبح أكثر احتمالاً من أي وقت مضى. رفع صوت المعتقلين وحماية حياتهم وصحتهم وحريتهم ضرورة سياسية عاجلة

La machine à tuer ne s’est pas arrêtée. Des milliers de détenus sont actuellement soumis à la torture, à des aveux forcés, à des accusations fabriquées, à des peines sévères et au risque d’exécution.

Alors que plusieurs jours se sont écoulés depuis le début des nouvelles manifestations révolutionnaires du peuple iranien et qu’en raison de la coupure générale d’internet l’accès à l’information, aux statistiques et aux rapports indépendants est presque impossible, nous, un groupe d’activistes, nous appuyant sur des décennies d’expérience vécue, savons bien que, loin des yeux du public, la répression sanglante continue dans les prisons et centres de détention officiels et non officiels sous ses formes les plus sévères. L’expérience des massacres des années 1980 et des tortures systématiques rend cet avertissement une réalité indéniable.

Aujourd’hui, alors que nous sommes en deuil de la mort de milliers de personnes éprises de liberté et en revendiquant le droit à la justice, nous ne devons pas oublier qu’en l’absence d’information publique et de pression efficace sur les institutions militaires, de sécurité et judiciaires, les pratiques suivantes sont largement répandues :

1. Arrestation et torture d’enfants

2. Tortures physiques, y compris coups et blessures, viol et violences sexuelles, privation de nourriture et d’eau suffisantes, médication forcée et inconnue, absence de soins médicaux et conditions de vie inhumaines

3. Tortures psychologiques, y compris isolement cellulaire, exécutions simulées, aveux forcés, menaces envers les détenus par pression sur leurs familles, et torture psychologique discriminatoire basée sur le sexe, le genre, l’orientation sexuelle, la nationalité, l’ethnie et la religion

4. Privation d’accès à un avocat et à un soutien juridique indépendant

5. Privation des services médicaux et des médicaments essentiels

6. Privation du droit de contact et de visite 

7. Humiliation et menaces portant atteinte à la dignité humaine

Nous avertissons que l’ampleur et l’intensité de la violence pourraient conduire à une torture et à des assassinats systématiques de détenus sans précédent. L’absence de mécanismes de soutien expose également les familles des détenus à la pression, aux menaces et au silence imposé.

Nous, auteurs et signataires de cette déclaration, appelons toutes les personnes, groupes, institutions et médias à être immédiatement la voix des détenus et de leurs familles et à agir pour garantir leurs droits fondamentaux et leur sécurité. Conformément au droit international des droits humains, nous exigeons :

1. La libération immédiate et sans condition des prisonniers politiques et idéologiques

2. L’annulation complète des peines de mort

3. La garantie des droits fondamentaux des détenus, y compris le droit de contact, de visite et d’accès à un avocat

4. La protection de la sécurité des familles de détenus

Dans un contexte de communication rompue avec l’Iran, de manque de transparence et d’attention insuffisante à la situation des détenus, nous avertissons que la répétition des atrocités sanglantes des soulèvements précédents en prison est plus probable que jamais. Faire entendre la voix des détenus et protéger leur vie, leur santé et leur liberté est une nécessité politique urgente.

Die Massaker haben nicht aufgehört. Tausende Inhaftierte sind derzeit Folter, erzwungenen Geständnissen, konstruierten Anklagen, schweren Urteilen und der Gefahr der Hinrichtung ausgesetzt.

Seit dem erneuten Beginn der revolutionären Proteste des iranischen Volkes sind bereits Tage vergangen - doch aufgrund des landesweiten Internet-Blackouts ist der Zugang zu Informationen, Statistiken und unabhängiger Berichterstattung nahezu unmöglich geworden. Wir, eine Gruppe von Aktivist:innen, wissen basierend auf jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung genau, dass die blutige Unterdrückung abseits der Öffentlichkeit in offiziellen und inoffiziellen Gefängnissen und Haftanstalten in ihren schwersten Formen fortgesetzt wird. Die Erfahrungen der Massaker und systematischen Folter der 1980er Jahre machen diese Warnung zu einer unbestreitbaren Realität.

Heute - während wir um den Verlust tausender freiheitsliebender Menschen trauern und Gerechtigkeit fordern, dürfen wir  nicht vergessen, dass in Abwesenheit öffentlicher Informationen und wirksamen Drucks auf Justiz, Militär und Sicherheitsbehörden, folgende Praktiken weit verbreitet bleiben:

1. Verhaftungen und Folter von Kindern

2. Körperliche Folter - einschließlich Prügel, Vergewaltigung und sexueller Gewalt, Entzug von ausreichender Nahrung und Wasser, erzwungene Verabreichung unbekannter Medikamente, fehlende medizinische Versorgung und unmenschliche Lebensbedingungen

3. Psychologische Folter - einschließlich Einzelhaft, Scheinexekutionen, erzwungener Geständnisse, Bedrohung der Inhaftierten durch Druckausübung auf ihre Familien und diskriminierende psychologische Folter aufgrund von Geschlecht, Gender, sexueller Orientierung, Nationalität, Ethnie oder Religion

4. Verweigerung des Zugangs zu Anwälten und unabhängiger rechtlicher Unterstützung

5. Verweigerung medizinischer Versorgung und lebensnotwendiger Medikamente

6. Verweigerung des Rechts auf Anrufe und Besuche

7. Demütigung und Angriffe auf die menschliche Würde

Wir warnen, dass das Ausmaß und die Intensität der Gewalt zu noch nie dagewesener Folter und systematischer Ermorderung von Gefangenen führen könnte. Genauso bringt das Fehlen von Unterstützungsmechanismen die Familien der Inhaftierten in eine vulnerable Lage - gerade in Bezug auf Bedrohungen und erzwungenes Schweigen.

Wir, die Verfasser:innen und Unterzeichner:innen dieser Erklärung, fordern daher jede:n Einzelne:n, alle Organisationen, Institutionen und Medien auf, unverzüglich den Gefangenen und ihren Familien als Sprachrohr zu dienen und Maßnahmen zum Schutz ihrer Grundrechte und Sicherheit zu ergreifen. Gemäß der internationalen Menschenrechtscharta fordern wir:

1. Die sofortige und bedingungslose Freilassung politischer und ideologischer Gefangener

2. Die vollständige Aufhebung der Todesstrafe

3. Die Gewährleistung der Grundrechte der Inhaftierten, einschließlich des Rechts auf Kontakt, Besuche und Rechtsbeistand

4. Den Schutz und die Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der Familien aller Gefangenen

Aufgrund der erschwerten Kommunikation mit Iran, der mangelnden Transparenz und der unzureichenden Aufmerksamkeit für die Situation der Gefangenen warnen wir, dass die Wiederholung früherer blutiger Tragödien in den Gefängnissen wahrscheinlicher ist als je zuvor. Den Stimmen der Gefangenen Gehör zu verschaffen und ihr Leben, ihre Gesundheit und Freiheit zu schützen, ist eine akute politische Notwendigkeit.
