یکی از پیامد های ایجاد سندی مبنی بر عدم مشروعیت جمهوری اسلامی لغو هرگونه امتیازی است که احتمالا جمهوری اسلامی تخت فشار و برای بقا به آن تن خواهد داد . از جمله قرارداد ۲۵ ساله با چین و قرارداد ۲۰ ساله با روسیه از آن جمله میتوان به دست درازی کشور های عربی و همپیمانان اروپایی شان که این روز ها مطرح شده اشاره کرد . در صورت هر گونه عقب نشینی جمهوری اسلامی برای بقا و قبول چنین شرایطی لغو آن با در دست داشتن چنین سندی در مجامع بیا المللی قابلیت تغییر آن محقق خواهد شد .
