Просматривая ролик о новых Правилах охоты, сделанный на основе интервью с со старшим научным специалистом Центра кольцевания ИПЭЭ РАН Софьей Розенфельд и руководителем направления охраны Особо охраняемых природных территорий РФ Greenpeace Михаилом Крейндлиным, я наткнулась на свидетельство специалиста о том, что срезка пантов для оленей - это адский болевой шок. Конечно, после этого они не будут размножаться и, скорее всего, умрут. С оленей срезают рога и оставляют умирать. Учёные свидетельствуют: по реке Таймыр плывут горы трупов. Новые Правила охоты расширяют перечень возможностей использования механических транспортных средств. Допускается использование транспортных средств в целях вольерной охоты. Разрешается передвижение в транспортных средствах с собранным оружием. Это приведёт к серьёзному браконьерству, упростит возможности моторизированной охоты. Правила выводят случаи, которые раньше считались браконьерством, из-под уголовной ответственности ст.258 УК.

IT'S A HELL OF A PAIN SHOCK

Of course, after that, deer will not breed and will most likely die. The antlers of the deer are cut off and the animals are left to die. Scientists testify: mountains of corpses are floating along the Taimyr river. The new hunting Rules expand the list of possibilities for using motor vehicles. Vehicles may be used for free-range hunting. It is allowed to move in vehicles with weapons ready to fire. This will lead to serious poaching and simplify the possibilities of motorized hunting. The rules exclude cases that were previously considered poaching from criminal liability under article 258 of the criminal code.
