As someone who has witnessed the increasing threat of cybercrime due to the development of artificial intelligence, it is important to me to start this petition. There are cases of voice messages with the voices of celebrities and video calls with celebrity faces as well as photo montages. A global fraud is currently being carried out in the name of actor Jason Momoa - both in the form of romance fraud and through fake employment contracts and mail order companies.

Artificial intelligence opens new doors for fraudsters. This affects us all and we must take action against it. According to a study by the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), around 43% of internet users in Germany had experience with cybercrime in 2019.

We call for stricter laws against the misuse of artificial intelligence for fraudulent purposes and better education about the risks of this technology. Please sign this petition to support our demands!

Because the problem has been known for years, criminal proceedings must be initiated directly with the government.
