I am being gang stalked. It is a REALITY. 

Gang Stalking is an organized crime really and it happens to some targetted individuals for some reason and this peition explains how and why I got started being targetted and who initiated it and how police and US government's some hidden criminals became my stalkers.

I am an animal lover and a bonafide rescuer.  I have trapped felines and gotten them spayed and neutered, vaccinated, medically treated, fostered and adopted successfully and have made numerous personal sacrifices to help the animals of our society just like other rescuers and good samaritans do, at my expense, time and effort.

This is my true and shocking story of being tormented by gang stalking for helping animals and exercising my 1st Amendment rights to free speech and redress my grievances against law enforcement and some other government agencies.  

I have been hacked, gang stalked, home invaded, burglarized, vandalized, robbed, assaulted, kidnapped, drugged, car hacked, physically and electronically illegally surveilled unconstitutionally for years round the clock and am still being subjected to energy weapons in an attempt to kill me by US government some agencies and people. Then the government claims, they are short on funds?

Our police, US federal law enforcement and military has it, uses it and have been 100% using them on me criminally, my family, including my beloved animals. I will write another petition on misuse of energy weapons on us citizens.

It is outrageous not because of me but because of them having the audacity to go to this extent to be vendictive!! It shows true colors of Police, FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, OAG, OIG, FAA, USPS, Fedex, UPS, Alameda County District Attorney Office, US Army and our US government's overall "deep state" status and crimes. This is to expose and curtail this abuse against me, my family and animals and other targetted individuals. They are using drugs, drones, satellites and technology to knock me off to sleep daily and invade my home stealing everything and trying to kill me, my family and animals slowly.

It is about exercising my 1st Amendment rights and having my 4th, 5th, 6th and 14th Amendments rights violated by none other than law enforcement organized mafia.  This is to enlighten folks about the ugly reality of deep state that destroys lives. It took me a while to realize I was being gang stalked.

At some point, I began by helping a few community cats. I started getting feral cats spayed and neutered privately.  It began empting my money quickly.  My local Tri City Animal Shelter (TCAS) in Fremont, California  I had learned started a spay neuter prgram for commumity cats for residents.  I contacted TCAS and got some appointments. 

This shelter hired Kelly Miott back in 2019 as a Manager. Her prior job was at Oakland Animal Shelter in California as Animal Services Volunteer Program Coordinator. Back then shelter started a feral cat TNR, trap neuter and release, program funded specifically by Fremont residents.  This shelter could not handle my dedication and felt I made them do "more work" because I brought many needy cats to be fixed, treated and adopted. 

The shelter staff and Kelly Miott began harassing me to discourage me from utilizing its public resources. In a conversation in 2019, Kelly literally told me to go elsewhere and not use shelter's TNR program.  

From 2019 to 2020, TCAS fought me on trying to book any TNR appointments and bring any kitten and cat there. Shelter kept refusing to accept cats I found as lost pets, injured animals and even failed to respond to my deceased animals pick up reports, violating the state law acting unethically. 

This Manager Kelly Miott began denying taking needy sick or injured cats so that she can claim better save rate. Instead of actually saving the animals, this ruthless shelter decided to refuse to take vulnerable cats. 

Kelly Miott decided, she will only accept healthy and small kittens and pretty kittens so shelter can show higher save and adoption rate.  That is a fraud and unethical and not a reflection of community cats reality. 

Kelly Miott works there 4 days a week only.  This shelter covers Fremont, Union City and Newark cities and shelter mostly keeps its door closed on us public even during their business hours and requires we make appointments to go there.  When I voiced my disappointment with these practices being an advocate for cats, TCAS, FPD, Code enforcement and City turned against me further.  

By 2021, Kelly Miott and FPD began their smear campaign gang stalking, against me using their position by spreading all kinds of rumors about me and telling staff to not give me appointments. She made lame excuses to deny me appointments, access to shelter and my own cats records and animals and failing to return my calls. When I contacted TCAS to accept those mamas and babies, they refused. Kelly Miott ridiculously claimed they are not required by law to accept cats into the shelter.

The code 597.1 states even the shelter must not cause suffering to an animal. Why Kelly Miott would refuse cats on such ground? Do we need such uncaring shelter staff? NO!

In 2021, TCAS and FPD embarked on a set up situation of someone who instigated a vague complaint that someone smelled an "odor" out from the street in front of my home. Check out a more detailed version of this matter posted on Change.org few years ago. 

My concerns for animals made FPD, Code Enforcement and TCAS started coming to my home threatening me to let them enter and inspect my private home absent any legal authority as if I had no 4th Amendment rights to be protected from government barging in my home at will. Code Enforcement's Manager David Wade and Code Enforcement Officer Israel Vazquez Comonfort ignored to return my calls or answer what they saw who stole my property in 2021. 

TCAS and CE began harassing me about my rescues that I  helped TNR. They started intimidating me with bogus notices and violations "without ever setting foot in my home" even.  

When I asked for clarification, Kelly Miott along with Assistant City Attorney Ms. Bronwen Lacey went and made misrepresntations and perjured claims in their affidavits that had nothing to do with the odor farce and petitioned the court anyway and got a civil administrative "Inspection Warrant" (IW) to come to inspect my home. 

Due process required TCAS and City to serve it on me. They made no effort to do so. Instead, I got stalked and hacked on my phones.  One day when as I was away from my home, TCAS, FPD, Code Enforcement and City employees used an unknown person to open the locks of my home and raided it. Usually, one Code Enforcement Officer is sufficient to serve and execute an administrative  Inspection Warrant on a property owner.  A homeowner has a right to be present there with due notice. They denied that to us.

They barged in, did a complete search of opening all sorts of things in my home and took hundreds of pictures and videos of my private home and even damaged items there. When they did not confirm any odor or anything there during their "unannouced" raid, they got really mad.  

A lot of our personal property like even passports and our rescues and pets were stolen,  Our booklets with our user names, passwords, email addresses, pins, DOBs, social security numbers, driver license numbers and more sensitive records were stolen. 

When I arrived home, I found my home invaded and belatedly saw a notice on my door invading my privacy.  

In my absence, TCAS Kelly Miott, FPD and Code Enforcement from the City had gotten into my home.

When I asked for clarification and about my and my family's property and rescues and pets missing, they denied taking it.  Oh so it just happened to disappear on the same day when City entered my home?  Nobody from City acted ethical to offer any honest answers. NOBODY!!. Former Police Chief Kimberly Petersen acted indifferent. She did not get to be Chief for too long either and got Karma. We immediately got hacked since that raid and theft of these things.

This Captain Matthew Snelson designated himself as a point person to answer to my queries but did not act forthcoming on it. 

They refused any body and dash cam footage. They refused any papers. They refused to identify who reported the odor issue and what type of odor was it. Although, it was discovered that my HOA Manager had contacted the City. A day or so ago I had sent notice to HOA Manager to sue them on our ongoing issues.  They retaliated like this quickly and  FPD and TCAS jumped on it for their bias against me.  They denied the list of names who had entered my home. They refused to identify if a licensed locksmith was used to open my home's locks. They refused any audio recording of the dispatch call in this matter. They had even failed to produce the affidavits on which Kelly Miott and Bronwen Lacey had duped a Judge to obtain an Inspection Warrant.  Later after months of my persistence, I got some records and limited body cam footage severely redacted to hide the truth.

They frustrated me and made sure they were not transparent in their public business at all. We have California Transparency laws but they do not care to follow them.  

After months, I obtained some body cam not all footage and some communication between TCAS, Code Enforcement, FPD and others revealing some shocking and unethical conduct.   Body cam footage showed, these officials had conducted an illegal search and seizure at my home not an inspection that IW allowed. They took hundreds of invasive photos and videos of my home when the Inspection Warrant was limited to allowing them to photograph if there was a "violation" of a code at my home.  The footage showed them opening my drawers, cabinets and reading private records that had nothing to look for any building or animal code violation.  These people had no respect for the law or Judge's signed limited order even and did whatever they felt like it. I felt violated.  

Records showed them chasing after my animals and reading my medicines bottles labels. One cat they left stuck outside to die. I rescued or freed it. It ran being freaked out by TCAS before and I never saw my baby again.  I am devastated. Many City employees were taking pictures of my home on their personal phones as if it was a circus.   TCAS and FPD staff brought a drone and a Pilot to look into my home from outside. TCAS and City are hiding those photos taken on cell phones and from drone. That is against the law.

Captain Snelson refused to provide most of the records or started demanded excessive fees to block my access to it. In 3 1/2 years, FPD has still failed to provide me a lot of public record. Those few records provided started getting deleted from my emails and stolen from me.  City Attorney Rafael Alvarado did not make sure FPD, TCAS, Code Enforcement follow the law. This is a licensed  lawyer who acts unprofessional and never returns my calls.  These people's sinister agenda is to inflame me by these tactics and if I get upset then use it against me. After months of trying, I obtained some records from Oakland Animal Services, City of Oakland in 2021 and 2022 because I knew TCAS was communicating with them about me.  

A shocking discovery was made that Kelly Miott was invading my privacy asking them and dozens of other animal shelters, rescues, private Veterinarians, humane societies, rescuers and even other police departments about me without a search warrant. They all happily gave her all sorts of information and records about my rescues. FPD and Kelly Miott was distributing photos of my home and details of their raid at my home to them and private citizens.  She gave my emails, address and phone numbers to others. The privacy law did not permit that.  She went to now FPD's Sean Washington and obtained my driver license information and began distributing it to others and telling them to beware of me.  Right it is dangerous to be helpful to homeless cats. She told many to deny me of their services.   She asked them to contact her if I come there. None of her business!! Kelly Miott asked them to make excuses to deny their services.  She told them to call her on her phone to talk about me to avoid any record of what she tells them. I never understood why this woman was intent to destroy my life. 

Kelly Miott got upset that I learned the truth and began telling OAS and others to not give me records and ask Deputy City Lacey Bronwen how to avoid giving me records. These are co-conspirators. Bronwen failed to follow the law and denied me record of even the name of who made that odor complaint but I figured it out. Due process gives us a right to know our accuser. Law does NOT matter to these public servants.

Since 2023 to 2025, City of Oakland, Oakland Police Department Records Division, Oakland Police Department Internal Affairs, City Attorney Barbara J. Parker, City Administrator Jestin Johnson, Mark Love at Human Resources and Oakland Animal Services are all defying the law and not returning my calls and not providing public records that exists. They are colluding with FPD on it as those records incriminates them. These people are corrupt and they need to get out of our taxpayers' funded public offices.  Oakland Animal Shelter is underfunded, staff is cut there and yet City's OPD has been used to stalk me by vehicles and drones I believe. 

City of Oakland has Community Police Review Agency (CPRA) but its Director Mac Muir is part of the deep state who is suppose to weed out OPD corrupt staff but CPRA did everything to not investigate my complaints against OPD officers who gang stalked and harassed me with FPD. OPD has a lot to do with the evidence theft from me and my devices being hacked too as an accomplice of FPD. FBI of Oakland got involved flying over me and drones and satelite stalking me.

This Miott, FPD and their allies were so vindictive that they tried to make sure, I was completely blacklisted and that my rescue work came to a halt.  This was violation of my 1st Amendment rights to do what I wanted freely and associate with others.

They kept creating situations to get to enter my home by invitation for years now by subjecting me to crimes. Their officers keep dictating me to "move" when I reported crimes rather than investigate it. I have legal recordings of it.  They unconstitutionally want to force me out of the City by scare tactics. 

I have let them come at my premises a few times since 2021 to few days ago for crimes reports but these corrupt FPD officers completely failed to investigate anything and said I have not given them videos of crimes for them to do anything. They fail to get videos from my neighbors who are their operatives. They see who is breaking in my home from those cameras and I need someone ethical in our government to obtain it. NSA gathers all citizens internet data as mass surveillance and Ring has that footage of neighbors' cameras.

I began filing grievances against TCAS, FPD, Code Enforcement and all. They quickly began retaliating.  I got more blacklisted. My cats in my colonies started being beaten, killed and stolen.  In over a decade of rescuing cats, I had never had that happened that suddenly my rescues started to vanish, their habitats were destroyed, their food and water was stolen and I found them BB gunned, hit, poisoned, dead and missing. Clearly I saw police following me everywhere like predators.

Needless to say, I was DEVASTATED and DISTRESSED for what was happening to these cats. It took me a while to figure it out that FPD and TCAS and their accomplices had orchestrated that dirty revenge to stress me with my rescues gone and play with me by dumping unaltered cats near me. It killed most of those disoriented cats dumped there. People and rescuers if your cats went missing in 3 1/2 years from Bay Area cities, contact me. I may have seen them dumped near me.

In that 2021 fiasco, the other parties that my public records request revealed had violated my privacy plotting with TCAS were Oakland Animal Services and its Director Ann Dunn and Deputy Director Benjamin Winkleblack, Humane Society of Silicon Valley (HSSV), San Jose Animal Care Center and its Manager, Berkeley Animal Care Center and its Manager Amelia Fungi, San Francisco Care Center, SPCA of Oakland and San Francisco, Hayward Animal Shelter and its Manager Jeannie Comstock, San Ramon Animal Shelter, San Mateo Animal Shelter, Beth Ward, Union City Animal Control and PD, Berkeley Humane Society, Island Cat Resources and Adoption (ICRA) Merry Bates, Fix Our Ferals now Animal Fix Clinic's Veterinarian Dr. Jean Goh, Tri City Animal Hospital and its Veterinarian Raj Salwan (Fremint's Mayor in 2025), Beacon Hospital, Ohlone Humane Society and others. Now, I had good evidence to hold them accountable. They knew it. They had no ethics to violate my privacy giving or receiving my private records to and from TCAS.   

Later I learned my HOA's Manager lady Harriet Walsh had contacted City Manager on odor hoax but I think the real culprit was CSAA who had been harassing me in 2020 and I was about to sue CSAA on some illegal conduct on my claims.  Within days of my expressing I will sue CSAA, this odor nonsense was started by my HOA. A lawyer of CSAA I think contacted FPD and set things up with my HOA lady to make it appear all normal business between HOA and a resident. FPD wants to hide record of CSAA's contacts with them. City officials are so corrupt they are allowing it.

Since 2021 to present, in home invasions someone kept stealing my CSAA claims, Fremont, Oakland, Hayward, Union City, Newark and San Jose Police and other rescues, shelters and clinics' related records, media and evidence at minimum. 

I started preparing to investigate further into suing them and hire a lawyer.  TCAS, FPD and the City became active in blocking it.  They had violated my due process, privacy and civil rights and I had my property and animals stolen. Now how they think of being revengeful when they actually did wrong by me?

Then I started noticing a huge influx of unaltered cats being dumped at my home and all the colonies and many of my colony cats started dying.  I have rescued cats from hundreds of locations and many cities and counties and for them to have the misfortune like this was alarming. TCAS had all my colonies information and FPD kept following me to them.

I knew something was up. TCAS had the unlimited supply of cats, skills to get more trapped from streets and equipment to check they were not microchipped and an army of flying monkeys to dump them for them. I noticed Animal Control vehicles roaming near and at some of my cat colonies. UCPD's Animal Control truck was often there at night when they claim to close by 5pm. Then small white vans like Ford Transit were often following me around. FPD, Union City Police Department, Hayward Police Department, Milpitas, San Leandro PD, San Jose PD, SFPD,  Newark PD and many other cities' police and cities' marked and unmarked vehicles began stalking me everywhere. It was and is daunting. They claim they do not have resources to help animals but this is how they waste our taxes?

It became clear they were harassing me.  Someone wanted to overwhelm me with fixing unaltered dumped cats.  They bombarded me with dumped kittens and pregnant mom cats. Then the stalkers closed my avenues to get them fixed.  I still managed to fix hundreds of those dumped cats feeling heartbroken for them.  It kept me away from having time to focus on suing them; statute of limitation was slipping by.  As a traper, I got entrapped! They dumped cats, refused to take them or help sick ones when I asked and kept doing crimes at my "home" DAILY wanting to come there to see if I had cats or bully me about any around my neighborhood. Someone by hacking and wiretapping me knew what I was doing and blocked my efforts to hire a lawyer or seek help against them. Through so many invasions and thefts, they stole my rescues' records, my evidence and made sure all day I was stuck at home daily assessing damages. A lawyer must have given them this strategy. I got incarcerated in my own home. I hardly could go out. Someone broke all my vehicles to not work. I got things delivered by family at times. Doing online shopping revealed how all these businesses were participating in my being harassed by tampering with my items constantly and privacy invasion. I will do another petition to reveal their connection to the government orchestrated stalking.

One day, I figured the sinister strategy to whatever it took to keep me too busy with other things.  I realized, I was hacked and someone kept deleting my media, emails, chats, records, files about my evidence in that 2021 episode with TCAS and I came home to find lots of my property missing.  It related to FPD, TCAS, OAS and many of those rescues, shelters, clinics and others who had plotted with Kelly Miott against me. Till now, they are deleting my data. I need that stopped and want a digital forensic lawyer or ethical hacker to confirm who all are hacking me. Police and FBI or US government's deep state won't incriminate themselves here.

By 2022, I had been subjected to hundreds of home and auto burglaries. I had no such skilled enemy to pull that off. I parked at Walmart in Union City and Fremont, I got burglarized almost every time and Walmart refused to share the lot footage of my vehicle. I now know Walmart is government's crime partner in stalking me.  They dumped cats there and Walmart never ever wanted to share or review footage who did that.  UCPD and FPD were always there circling me everywhere I went.  Same thing would happen when I went to San Jose, Milpitas, Hayward, Oakland and Newark etc. More of my altered rescues got abused, killed and stolen. Imagine losing one pet to such abuse; I lost many beloved rescues I worked hard to give them better lives.

I gathered up my important records, valuables and momentos and put it in a storage, Cubesmart.  Everytime I came there, my things were moved and missing. I voiced concerns to the staff and they mistreated me.  FPD was always following me there.  It became clear that they had something to do with it and knew the staff had biased them.

I changed storage to one in Hayward, A-1 Armor. In November 2022, two of my vehicles were burglarized in Fremont the same night and big bags of my electronics, SD cards, flash drives, phones, clothes, papers and so much more was stolen. FPD and City vehicles were stalking me there out of jurisdiction. They waste our taxes doing this rather than chase crimes.

Few days later, I went to my storage realizing my storage pin was stolen.  There my key was not opening my lock.  The staff asked me to come back another day so they could have staff cut my lock open.  I did that and found my storage ransacked.  My important evidence against FPD, TCAS, OPD and their accomplices had been stolen.  My valuables were gone.  My storage had a camera outside it.  The staff said they had no footage. How come my key did not open my storage lock made no sense. 

Storage records showed someone had been going in and out of my storage often when I hardly went there. 

Later it became clear that my lock was changed. I had called Hayward Police to come there and take my report but they refused.  They did not want to take pictures, finger prints or ask staff for footage or witnesses.  

Hayward, Fremont and Union City Police were always following me to and from storage and I think FPD was on my tail in unmarked vehicles everywhere.  

I made several 911 calls to Hayward Police that day. They refused to show up. Later when I asked for those 911 calls, they lied they had NONE. HPD, City Attorney Michael Lawson lied and failed to give public records. Deputy City Attorney Amy Rothman did not want to produce my own and other 911 call records. They used their City Clerk office staff to frustrate me by failing to give records.  Hayward Animal Shelter and Police followed me to private Veterinarians if I went there to get cats fixed or treated. A federal government plate white vehicle stalked me at my cat colony in Union City and I followed it back to HPD compound. My footage of it got stolen. City of Hayward is participating in my being harassed.

After months of complaining about it, they finally said they had one 911 call record and still took months to produce it.  It is a crime to underground my 911 calls. Hayward City officials must investigate it. 

When I kept calling Hayward Animal Control and 911 about my rescues and other cats being beaten and killed, they absolutely ignored it. Jeannie Comstock ignored my calls to investigate animal cruelty.  Then they said they had no record of my calls to 911 and Animal Control.  Talk about police corruption. I filed complaint against Hayward Police Department and a claim for not coming for my storage burglary and they made sure to deny me public records and deny me their shelter services by ignoring my contacts. They stalked me crazily everytime I went there. It is called doxing what these people had done by sharing my private information to others to let them harass me.  Animals suffered that way that needed help. These people did not care. In 2021, HAS Manager Jeannie Comstock had invaded my privacy and HPD so they made sure I was railroaded further.

I rescued many cats in Oakland. Went out of way to go there even in 2023. My rescues almost all were getting sickly, injured or were gone.  OAS Ann Dunn or Benjamin Winkleblack did not give a damn that innocent cats were being victimized by some psychos.  The losers were FPD, Tri City Animal Shelter and their accomplices. I saw a clear pattern in all cats being victimized.  They were being given some toxins that made them thin, waste away and have kidney or other organ failure.  They suffered.  I felt so helpless. When I protested their disregard for the welfare of the cats, they began harassing me.  They started denying taking my rescues.  They refused taking sick kittens and cats.  They kept taking cats from others. This is an open admission shelter but they did not care. They wanted to screw me but harmed cats I was trying to help. 

Ann Dunn left OAS so it is not to blame the new shelter Manager there now for Dunn's corruption. OAS and all other shelters and rescues' animals are innocent and deserve public's support.

i was always being followed everywhere since 2021.  My vehicles kept getting vandalized daily. My gas was stolen. My home got vandalized daily. FPD, UCPD, HPD and others would always mistreat me if I reported those crimes.  They ridiculously would say it is wear and tear (keeping deniability gang stalking trick) or I did not give them a video of the crime.  In recent January 1, 2025 Cybertruck terrorist attack, did police get video from victims or they gathered the videos? FPD lie that they cannot ask people for videos.

Whatever new evidence, notes and photos I gather, it would became subject to thefts quickly. Who do you think steals it? It is an impossible situation to prove much when they steal evidence or deny records.

I tried reporting at times and got railroaded. I knew I was being targetted by police, shelters, rescues and their operatives. Slowly, I was being followed by a sea of people in 2022 round the clock. 

I contacted FBI online about being hacked, stalked, vandalized, burglarized and even home invaded by police as their corruption and crimes that they investigate. They are suppose to look into it.  They NEVER replied. I called them 50+ times and they still never replied.  I left them voicemails and cursed them out deliberately to get a call back but I never heard back from them. If they picked up, they hung up on me. FBI is a hugely corrupt agency. The former FBI Director Christopher Wray violated my rights and must get prosecuted as FBI began stalking me and till now is involved in doing drones and aerial stalking of me. I have put link of pictures and videos of it so please review it. They are committing crimes or allowing it knowingly against me. FPD do not want to take that evidence. They do not let me document what I got stolen regularly and dispatchers and officers rush me off the phone and hang up. They are CORRUPT.

Their hacking seemed sophisticated so I felt FPD had National Security Agency (NSA) also reeled in. FBI and DOJ type planes and helicopters flew over my home creating a nuisance daily. Drones are to my home round the clock doing stalking. FPD policies do not allow this. Now former City of Fremont Mayor Lily Mei approved 2 more drones for FPD lying that nobody had filed any complaints against it when I had. 

It seemed as if  FBI and NSA knew and were involved in all of it.  Instead of police being their target on my complaints to them, I was their target.  I had loads of vehicles following me. Many had US Flag and government plates on it.  I felt it was Selective Services at first. For 10 days, I was pursued every second I went out.  I took videos, photos and wrote down license plate numbers. I ran a search on some plates and it came as prior police vehicle often.  I saved that evidence, it got deleted by hackers. So, the hackers are interested in that why? In no time, someone broke in and stole remaining plates related notes of mine.  It could not have been a random thief interested in that right?

Now, I started noticing many small planes, military helicopters and drones following me at home and wherever I went.  I said wait a minute, someone has given a false tip as if I am the most wanted person. FBI stalks us Americans illegally.

I use to wonder why they came so often.  I now know they were extracting my calls and media records and taking photos here.  It has to be FPD reeling FBI into this as they had the most stake in my lawsuit to be errected against them.  I sued FPD by 2023. I got burglarized many times and a copy of my suit kept getting stolen.  They had followed me to court. But, when I asked Kelly Miott, Captain Snelson, Lacey Bronwen and City where can I serve them my suit, they never replied.  These people never tried to serve me their Inspection Warrant. I at least want to serve them. 

FPD is doing everything to never let me keep a copy of my suit. I have had all stolen every darn time from me. Court has hard time believing it.  It is true. 

By 2022, I had filed a claim against the City and they denied it as expected so I was still able to file my suit by a deadline. I still kept looking to hire a lawyer to move my suit ahead.  By now, my losses and harm are astronomical.

City failed to investigate the theft of my property and cats. FPD Internal Affairs is a joke as they never did anything ethical.  They do not even answer on my lodged complaints on anything violating their own policies. City Council and Mayor Mei did nothing to stop this abuse. They are ruthless.

Interestingly, after all those emails, user names, passwords, pins, SD cards and hard drives stolen from me in 2021 FPD raid, I started seeing strange activity in my emails where my emails regarding FPD, TCAS, rescues and police began missing.  

I noticed my contact, call logs, hacking proof pictures and texts started to disappear.  Daily my phone settings would change.  I even got locked out of my emails.  My location would be turned on. It was often under "emergency location" that police can access on any device.  The hacker started acting like my device's  administrator.

I tried contacting lawyers for my lawsuit and was not hearing back. Many calls to them got blocked as "server unreachable" and "call ended".  It was clear, my hacker was my stalker and thief and that I find is FPD, City and their operatives including my  neighbors. However, UCPD, HPD, OPD, NPD, FBI amd DOJ and others were in cahoots with them 100%. 

They had colluded to not let me hire any lawyer.  If I would get a reply from a lawyer's office, they would say they cannot take the case.  When it seemed suspicious, I called the law office from another mumber, I found out no such named staff from that firm had called me.  My calls were being illegally intercepted violating my 4th and 6th Amendment rights as my calls to lawyers were being heard. Where I went, the police showed up proving I was being hacked, tracked and heard.

When I would be on the road, I would see green light being turned red on me quickly.  I got a ticket for it in Fremont in October 2023 with my name and license details even when the car was not registered in my name meaning FPD used facial recognition to profile and identify me illegally.  They had their red light company involved who actually switched lights on me quickly many times. This is how they entrap targets.

One such homeless person I befriended and he admitted that UCPD hired him to break into my car.  UCPD quickly took this guy in custody I learned and after he came back he did not want to tell me the truth anymore as he had been scared by the police.

On streets I met another homeless man who told me that Hayward Police had hired and paid him well for vandalizing some people's homes. He said it was because those people had filed complaints against the police.  City of Hayward must have an outside audit of its police. They are criminals.

It became clear to me my tormentors were none other than police, FBI and their allies.  I started living away from my home to protect my home.  I thought, police will not stalk me if I was not there.  I was wrong.

By the end of 2021, four young guys started rented in a home next to me.  Another young Chinese couple moved in across from my home.  The guy works for Google,.who is involved in my hacking.. The second home in my left front side is an IT guy who use to work for City or FPD and I think now may work for Cisco.  He told neighbors he is a FBI Commando. He, the Chinese couple and four young men neighbors mostly stayed home. Their comings and goings were/are odd.  For no reason, they all acted bias and hostile to me. Now I understand, they are my CBAs, Community Based Agents.

By 2022, it dawned on me, my neighbor young men were placed there to stalk, harass and steal my evidence. I walked away from my home for 5 minutes and came to find my stuff stolen or moved or damaged.  I left my keys at my driveway briefly and it was stolen more than once.  it was my neighbor 4 guys who kept stealing it I know now because they never wanted to ever share footage who else was coming over if not them. Daily I get vandalized and FPD does NOTHING to even investigate it.

My home started showing signs of being bugged and vandalized. I will write another petition on how they bugged my home and vehicles.

My pet of years who passed her last health exam being healthy got sick with kidney issue, became blind and died.  She was killed.  They were poisoning her slowly as they were invading it. 

Later, I saw a pattern in my other rescues being killed that way.  I found intruders pouring my coolant from bottle near my cats.  Then they left acetone, nails, screws, small springs, medicines in their bowls and bed. Sometimes, I came home to find a cat thrown in my dryer crying.  Another time they locked them in a cabinet and a toilet.  One time, they shattered a glass plate near their bed and they got wounded from the glass.  

I treated one and he kept getting relapse.  Intruder had this evil tendency to not leave the one attacked to survive and live.  They came to finish the job. They came took a tiny kitten out of the locked crate, drowned it and left wet dead outside on the floor in my home to terrorize me.  Kelly Miott and FPD failed to investigate.  The City officials like Council Members and then Mayor Lily Mei totally never gave a damn to look into my numerous complaints against FPD and TCAS staff.  How they sit there and pretend they care about public safety? These people claim that they care for our safety, no they do not.

My next door guys and another FBI Commando stalkers also were dumping cats at my home and other flying monkeys did that for the police no doubt .  I had cats showing up in my backyard and frontyard. They were frantic and disoriented.  They ran away and few days later came looking starved.  

TCAS and FPD who had acted so drastically on one vague odor complaint against me, never ever cared to look into such serious crimes of cat dumpings, thefts and killings and a crime spree against me. Who can doubt they are bias?

Why we need a Manager like Kelly Miott then running our animal shelter. Lets ask City to fire or remove Kelly Miott as in 5 years she cannot even run the shelter full time and shunns public away from shelter. 

Let me tell you what the law eforcement criminals did, they started using drones, satelites and energy weapons on me and my cats.  They are around my home daily. They I believe are  either from FPD, UCPD, Newark Police and Hayward Police directions or FBI and NSA's.

If you are a local, look up over at 880 freeway enterance off of Decoto Road going North to Oakland. I live nearby. Few big and small lights in sky are those drones or small satelites being used to stalk me and send energy signals to harm me. Sometimes, I notice 10 and 15 of them.  They are not stars.  Take its pitctures.  They keep sending invasive signals.  At night, I am put to sleep. No matter what I do to stay awake, I never win. By morning, I have a headache, upset stomach and dizziness.  My home is already invaded.  The SD cards, flash drives, my papers, mail, documents and lawsuit's copy keep getting stolen.  

My phone and my parents' phones are all hacked all since 2021.  Our carrier Tmobile is participating in the hacking with the police and FBI.  Even when we removed SIM cards or had inactive SIM cards in our phones, hackers continued to see and delete our data.  They kept on changing our settings.  They play games with us by changing our contacts names, numbers and delete our texts, call logs, emails and media. It is indicated NSA level hacking collusion even as after I took pictures the hacker blurred many. I used a digital camera to shoot photos, I witnessed drones jamming my shutter on many different cameras. THEY GO TO THIS EXTENT REALLY.

Because I was being hacked and wiretapped by US law enforcement illegally, I sought legal help. They use Stingray gadget to intercept my calls, texts and emails and filtered them. When lawyers may have tried to call me, they gave them a no dial tone or the number has been disconnected message.  That is what I got in calling many lawyers, ACLU and other organizations even.  

It became obvious to me that so many lawyers phone numbers cannot be "not reachable" "disconnected" and all.  The kind of things FPD and FBI does to violate my privacy is criminal. The hackers marked my emails and numbers as spam and scam so it went to others' spam and trash folders that is why many lawyers never replied. I found my email archieved folders deleted. My public records from OAS and others were beimg deleted. Who do you think want that gone?

They hacked all my vehicles. Many times my cars sped when I pressed the brakes. Sometimes, it refuse to drive and slowed no matter how much I accelerated.  I steered from many accidents and still they caused me two accidents controlling my vehicles.  I KNOW IT IS HACKED. FBI and police and their accomplices are doing it. The regular thief does not do this. These people are CRAZY TYRANTS.

I got zapped by drones in my car in 2023 and almost lost control.  People came cutting me off or pressed brakes in front of me.  I would be getting late to a place and all these vehicles drove slowly around me to control my movement.  

At some point it became clear that I was under attack by police, US government and was being gang stalked.

They had recruited or somehow reeled in many local crimimals, gangs, businesses, cities, counties, state and FBI, US Military, NSA, CIA, DOJ and CHP, Sheriff and police all over to harass me in their capacities. Are they STUPID OR MENTAL?

Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Target, Uber, Instacart, Xfinity, Tmobile, ATT, Terminix, AAA, Wells Fargo, CSAA, Chase, Liberty Mutual, Safeco Insurance, Mapfre Insurance, Geico Insurance, PG&E, ACWD, Facebook, Google, ACDA, Falck, Washington Hospital, Bay Area Community Health (BACH) and thousands of big and small businesses were part of invading my privacy.  It is dumb founding how deep state can tap into so many to terrorize a person. IT IS INSANE. I never knew this kind of a thing existed. Now I know it does and is very organized. Government is behind it like government was behind those drones hovering in New Jersey in December 2024. FAA lied not knowing about it. They wanted to blame China or Iran for it. 

CSAA allowed my accidental car to be searched by law enforcement at Copart and they pulled all the punches. They even stole my car in 2023 from my home after the accident and FPD refused to file my report. I had an accident just after I found trackers and bugs in it. Before I had the chance to get it out, my car crashed and CSAA stole it and I found they got ride of it. I had gone to see it at Copart after I learned they took it there and helicopters and planes stalked over me there in November 2023. FPD seem on CSAA's take.

My orders of Amazon, Ebay, Ubereats, Instacart and Walmart were often sabotaged.  USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, Ontrac and other carriers were gang stalking me. USPS is the biggest mafia as they opened, damaged, lost and delayed my mail all the time till present and so does Amazon. 

I bought new locks and changed it many times and wondered how thieves got into my home with a new lock on. It was because my thieves were knowing how to pick locks and I believe Amazon's gang stalkers already gave them key codes of locks from its packages I was purchasing. 

When I bought cameras, cell phones, new data cards, SIM cards, USB cables, chargers, alarms, light bulbs and other electronics from Amazon, they were invaded, damaged or bugged. Amazing how FBI pulls this off.

I found out PG&E had entered my yard and changed my electric meter with Wifi and bluetooth capable one.  The outlets at my home had spy cams, motion sensors and audio bugs.  Many outlets and switches in my home were turned off.  I found ground wires cut in them.  Their plates were often broken as I woke up.  PG&E took part in all that with police.  They started monitoring me in my home. They still are. They come remove bugs if I say something to some powerful entities but then if nobody goes after them, they reinstall them. I still have some removed ones.

I took many bugs out in smoke detectors, intercom, outlets, bulbs and they came and put some more again.  I watched my heater, fans and lamps turned off plugged to controlled outlets.  PG&E and police and FBI had created a network of my outlets that whatever I plugged to it they extracted its data.  My phone and other devices got jacked up. Yes all is doable. The craziness of their conduct makes it unbelievable.

My USB cables were bugged. Now, from 2021 to 2025, I went through hundreds of burglaries, vandalism, thefts, home invasions, data deletion, hacking and FPD and TCAS did not care to investigate any. What the heck!! How dare they can be so desparate?

These same people had gone to court to get an Inspection Warrant on an odor complaint against me. Why then they are always failing to investigate so much animal cruelty reported by me makes no sense.

I am desvastated of seeing these innocent cats killed.  I tried contacting media and the hackers blocked my calls and emails.

I LOST EVERYTHING, AM MADE SICK BY DRONES ENERGY WEAPONS, MY LIFE AND HOME IS DESTROYED AND MY RESCUES ARE GETTING KILLED, BUT NO POLICE, FBI, DOJ, CIA, NSA, ATTORNEY GENERAL, OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL, FCC, PUC, FAA, FTC OR DISTRICT ATTORNEY I HAVE CONTACTED CARES TO STOP THIS GANG STALKING, HACKING, BURGLARIES, HATE CRIMES SPREE AND ABUSE OF POWER. I MAY HAVE TO ASK RUSSIA TO SOLVE THIS MESS THEN MAY BE US GOVERNMENT MAY PAY ATTENTION.

I am prevented from getting hacking and drones identified  by private companies. My security cameras and alarms get corrupted or disabled every time.  I cannot afford private security or door guard. I am watched and listened to at my home. I cannot go out as they step in and steal my property and harm my rescues.  My car is stopped.  They grounded me to not be able to pursue anything against them. The sinister strategy they put in effect to get their way. Who is funding this TERRORISM against me a citizen? Who are the BIGGEST TERRORISTS  THEN YOU PLEASE TELL ME IN LIGHT OF ALL OF THIS TRUE STORY?

I want to ask my new President Trump, how can this deep state go on? What happened to these law enforcement agencies honoring the US Constitution? Who will protect me, my family and animals? WHY THEY CAN BE ALLOWED TO VIOLATE SO MANY LAWS? I want any and all people being harassed like this to contact me via my Youtube channel.
