Xperia z was the former flagship phone. It has a gross flaw which makes the device EASILY prone to water damage.

It is well known that xperia z has been told WATERPROOF by Sony. But because of the flaw in that device model, it can easily let water inside  the phone and cause water damage.

There will be people who bought this phone because it is waterproof. They will be using their phone underwater, playing with it and one day when it gets waterdamaged, they lose their 38,000 rupees money just like that.

If the device's backplate gets unglued, then there is no point having all those usb flaps and everything. Its simply cheating.

Sony told me they would replace phones between models if our reason seems valid to them. This reason is very valid and they need to be customer friendly. At last they said "sorry i cant replace your mobile with z1" when i asked the reason for their action.

Xperia z1 doesnt seem to face this problem which its former faced.

We deserve things for what we paid. Our money cant go in waste.

People who think they need help can sign this petition. Buying z1 is like giving a chance to Sony. We can help ourselved by preventing our money to go in waste.
