UCLU Student-run Theatre needs a new home. In January this year it was announced that the current theatre space, the Garage Theatre Workshop, is set to close in April 2014. By signing this petition you are showing UCL that Student Theatre matters to you. Only with the involvement of the student body can we secure the future of a student theatre to replace our current workshop space. Please remember, when asked to cut spending on the arts to help the war effort Winston Churchill replied “Then what are we fighting for?” 
Please think about the amazing talent shown in past productions, the effort, the dedication, the time and the emotion. Then think about where else could such brilliant things be produced and seen here at UCL without a theatre space to perform in.
