Restrict the entry of non Bexley Borough students that wish to attend a Bexley Grammar school to 15% and keep 85% of the places for Bexley resident students.

The Issue

In 2013 82% of the Bexley Grammar schools places went to students living outside of the Borough.  This is unfair on Bexley residents and entry for non Bexley residents should be restricited to 15%.
