We the customers are very concerned in regard to the game Drakengard 3 in European and PAL countries. We are rather disappointed with how our complaints on social networks about releasing the game on physical version were not heard, getting instead a response about the awareness for a boxed version.

What is more, we cannot understand the decision of manufacturing a Collector's Edition for North America. We find the decision of manufacturing a limited edition incomprehensible while on the other hand you refuse to release a physical version of the game for PAL countries. It just does not make any sense, especially considering the fact that the game's physical edition is only being sold through Square Enix's Online Store and PlayAsia. We feel completely ignored.

To add insult to injury, we also are not being given information whether the DLC bundles will be released in PAL regions or not, in spite of the game being translated only into English and French. Some fans have asked about this through Facebook and Twitter, however they still have not been given any information related to this subject. Have you realised that those customers who want to buy the digital version will need to buy instead the NA version and create a NA PSN account due to this fact?

We would appreciate if you would take into account our petition. Releasing the physical version and the DLC bundles exclusively for North America will only reduce further sales in PAL regions, as many fans are waiting for a physical edition to be considered.
