After delaying this project for almost 3 years CGEWHO have decided to come up with the prices so high that no one has dreamt of in their worst nightmares.

I can't believe when this project was launched on 01/01/2011 every single government employee serving/retired saw this as a ray of sunshine when house prices were soaring sky high and they have given up their hopes to own their own place.

The rates given by CGEWHO for its Greater Noida Project i.e. Rs. 3990/- per sq ft is thoroughly absurd and beyond the means of government servants. The rate depicts that CGEWHO is not at all honest in its working. Its motto of ensuring welfare for government servants vis-a-vis housing projects and that its principle of functioning in NO PROFIT & NO LOSS basis is a farce and they stand exposed right now. It’s very surprising that they have demanded the first instalment from beneficiaries at a rate which is even higher than the existing market rate.

I am failing to understand what makes CGEWHO think government employees have so much money that they afford to buy these flats at Rs.3990/- where prices in the same area are lower and were almost half 3 years back when this project was launched.

I would like everyone to join this petition so that we can take this forward to the concerned departments and highlight endless mistakes CGEWHO have done while dealing with this project.
