The issue
This petition is deeply personal to me, as it should be to anyone who believes in justice for all, not just a select few. We are calling for the dismissal of the current Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Mr. Karim Khan. His tenure has been marked by bias, double standards, conflicts of interest and a worrying lack of transparency or updates on his actions.
Mr. Khan's selective inaction is particularly evident in his handling of cases filed concerning Palestine - an issue that affects millions globally and deserves due attention from an institution as esteemed as the ICC. The world looks up to this court for unbiased justice; however, under Mr. Khan's leadership, it seems to have faltered.
Our silence on this matter would be complicity in allowing world injustice to continue unabated. It would mean letting down countless individuals who turn to institutions like ICC as their last hope for justice when their own systems fail them.
We cannot allow someone like Karim Khan to occupy such an important position without holding him accountable for his actions or lack thereof. It is our duty not just as global citizens but also human beings committed to fairness and equality.
