Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı is the national employment, labour, and social security ministry of Turkey. This government agency is responsible for the regulation and implementation of policies regarding workforce, labor relations, occupational health and safety, as well as social security issues. The main aim of the ministry is to enhance job security, improve working conditions, and to conduct efficient and effective social security systems that would cover all citizens to manage labor force in Turkey at most.
