Willie Lightfoot is a dedicated public servant and community leader with a diverse background in business, public service, and ministry. He holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Monroe Community College, an Associate's degree in Fire Science from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York. Lightfoot has served as a Councilmember for the City of Rochester, bringing his wealth of experience in governance and community engagement to the role. He has also worked as a New York State Barber Examiner/Supervisor and retired as a firefighter from the Rochester Fire Department. Beyond his civic duties, Lightfoot is a pastor at the Prayer House Church of God by Faith, where he continues to serve his community with compassion and leadership.
