Tracey Robert Mann is an American businessman and politician currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Kansas's 1st congressional district since 2021. Known as "the Big First," this district covers parts of 63 counties in central and western Kansas and is among the largest in the nation that does not encompass an entire state. Prior to his time in Congress, Mann served as the Lieutenant Governor of Kansas. He is a member of the Republican Party. Mann holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University. Professionally, he has experience as Vice President and Director of Industrial Sales & Leasing at Newmark Grubb Zimmer and as President of 3 Strands Neighborhoods.
