Tom Jackson is a renowned Canadian actor and singer known for his significant contributions to the entertainment industry and his philanthropic efforts. Born Thomas Dale Jackson, he has made a name for himself through his versatile roles in television and film. He is widely recognized for his portrayal of Billy Twofeathers on "Shining Time Station" and Peter Kenidi on "North of 60." Beyond acting, Jackson is celebrated for creating and starring in the beloved annual Christmas concert series, "The Huron Carole," which he ran for 18 years. He served as the Chancellor of Trent University from 2009 to 2013. In addition to his artistic endeavors, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
