Todd Russ is an American politician currently serving as the Treasurer of Oklahoma, a position he has held since 2023. A member of the Republican Party, Russ has a long history in public service, having served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives for the 55th district from 2009 until he was term-limited in 2022. Russ's educational background includes a high school diploma from Sentinel High School and a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
