Tina has served as a Board Member for Columbus City Schools, showcasing her commitment to educational development and community service. In academia, she contributed as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Denison University, where she shared her expertise in political science. Additionally, Tina has experience as a Program Manager for Professional Development at The Ohio State University and as the Director of Volunteer Resources at New Salem Baptist Church, reflecting her dedication to fostering community engagement and leadership.
