Steven Craig Bradford is an American politician affiliated with the Democratic Party. He served as a California State Senator from 2016 to 2024, representing the 35th district, which includes parts of Los Angeles County. Before his tenure in the State Senate, Bradford was a member of the California State Assembly. He initially represented the 51st district following a special election in September 2009, succeeding Curren Price. Bradford was re-elected in 2010, and later served the newly-formed 62nd district, covering areas such as Del Aire, El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, and Inglewood, until 2014.
