Sam Parker is a dedicated public servant with an extensive background in law enforcement and public administration. He holds a Master's in Public Administration from Troy University, a Bachelor's in Art from the University of West Florida, an Associate's in Arts from Pensacola Junior College, and completed his secondary education at Milton High School. Parker has served as the Commissioner for District 1 at the Santa Rosa County Commission, demonstrating his commitment to his community. His career in law enforcement includes roles as a Correctional Officer at the Santa Rosa Correctional Institution and as a Deputy Sheriff at the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office. Additionally, he has contributed to education as a substitute teacher in the Santa Rosa County School District.
