Laura Wojtowicz, also known as Laurie Wojtowicz, is a member of the Stallings Town Council, representing District 4. She was born and raised in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, and moved to Stallings because her grandchildren live nearby. Her husband, Jim, serves as the Finance Director for Indian Trail. Laurie is actively involved in community service, having taught GriefShare classes, NAMI classes, and Bible studies, and has served on various boards, including the Planning Board and Historical Committee
