He then transitioned into administrative roles, serving as Assistant Principal at the Kanawha County Board of Education. His commitment to education extended to his role as a School Board member at Kanawha County Schools. Through his various positions, Crawford made significant contributions to the educational community, leveraging his experience and leadership skills to positively impact students and educators alike.
