Dr. Jennifer Wilson is a lifelong resident of Lubbock, Texas, and serves as the City Council member for District 5. She was elected to this position in May 2022. Dr. Wilson graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean. As a City Council member, Dr. Wilson emphasizes community service and conservative principles. Her priorities include strengthening public safety, encouraging growth and development, improving infrastructure, supporting small businesses, and maintaining Lubbock’s small-town values.
