Jennifer Adair is a distinguished professional with a robust background in law and public service. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Northwestern University and later obtained a Juris Doctor from Capital University. Jennifer began her career as a Teen Court Hearing Officer at the Franklin County Juvenile Court and has since held various influential roles. She served as Legal Counsel for the State of Ohio and an Associate Assistant Attorney General at the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Jennifer also led diversity and inclusion initiatives as a Manager at the same office. In addition to her legal career, she founded and serves as CEO of Adair Consulting LLC. Jennifer contributes to educational governance as a board member for Columbus City Schools.
