Janice Zahn is a highly accomplished civil and structural engineer with extensive experience in both public administration and engineering management. She holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a Master's in Structural Engineering and Mechanics, and a Master's in Public Administration, all from the University of Washington. Janice's career includes significant roles at the Port of Seattle, where she served as Chief Engineer/Director of Engineering, Construction Manager, and Consultant. She also held the position of Assistant Director of Engineering. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise as a Project Design Engineer at Berger/ABAM Engineers and as a Strategic Product Development Engineer at TrusJoist MacMillan. Janice currently serves as a Councilmember for Bellevue City Council, Position 5. Her career reflects a dedication to engineering excellence and public service.
